Here it seems that the concert is just the pretext and if there is action it won't be during the concert. Which is in a way a good news, as probably he won't spend too much time for the concert itself, with locations, assets etc. And the concert itself seems to be for a very small crowd, but this we knew already (my interpretation of "...doesn't go to a rock concert").
Last sentence seems to imply an inner thought to "justify" the choice of the dress

So he split a day in 3 parts to make updates faster and now 1 update takes 4-6 months lol. 1 day in a year. Very nice pace lol
Welp, this really isnt the issue as he has branched this in so many directions. Its the unwillingness to get help or share the workload. The game is bigger than him or a single developer. Each release has a lot of content, but it is moving east-west more than north so to speak.
Exactly my point from an earlier post (though you probably said it better). After the task and the side job where does she go with Sam. She actually likes him so there must be something happening or his path crashes. Here she is screaming for his attention. Will she just be a face in the crowd for him (he knows she is there) until the end when she moves to the front for his reward. That is the question. Where does she take this? Does not matter what she is wearing that is the question. where does she take Sam and where does Sam then take her. Granted, this will at most be Pixil lite.
Seems to me he has alluded to the concert part being minor so there must be a more involved Sam part. The dress plays the role he wants to keep Sophia classy (He is losing that part of the game so grasp any straw) as she and Sam disappear into... who knows? Yes, possible, the outfit may scream it. But Sophia has not been described that way in the whole game and she doesn't think that way about herself.
Who is actually to blame for the outfit debacle? The developer, the player or Sophia? It's just another pigeon or handbag or duel problem. None of this has anything to do with realism. Or do we think it is realistic that the real world will experience such a sexual whirlwind within 30 days.

Unpopular opinion: Sophia's dress fucking rules and anybody who talks shit about it should be forced to wear it in a biker bar.
Sam is a normal young man who asks the age-old question, "Why must I be a teenager in love?" He would spot Sophia the second she arrived, even if she wore militant feminist overalls & be aware of where she was, who she was with & who she spoke with, at all times, even when he wasn't looking at her. Well, that's my memory how it was when the question applied to me, even though it's a long long time ago. I agree something definitely has to happen with Sam but I just can't see the need for her to look like such a sad desperate housewife. IMO, it's another huge L&P mistake, even if the outfit is not particularly significant in what occurs between them.
Seriously, I think it's time he changed his mission statement, not with slight alterations but a complete rewrite. I'd write one for him but he hates pirates.
