nice debate about how many days plus/minus to new release. you could both learn during these years that our favourite milkman lp, when it is about updates, is thinking in categories months and seasons, not days.

Other factors like exhaustion and getting sick of doing the same thing. He has approximately made 700 plus renders in the past 3 months at a stretch, it does get exhausting. He is a human afterall not a machine. There are somedays where you are just stuck and can't think of anything erotic. I tried writing the stories that I thought, I reached like 70% of it and I felt totally out of it. I had to take a break for a few days just to get the mindset.

Also there is the pressure of presentation to others. Example if we are asked to write an essay we can do it in 20 minutes but if we are asked to write an essay on the same topic but this time we have to read it out on stage if front of thousands we would be really careful about what we are writing and take our time. Some can even take an hour just to write the same essay. The fear of not being upto mark really gets to some people, rather most people.

So I would say that, just judging his pace based on the rig alone is not right. Don't get me wrong I really wish he was twice as fast as he is now. Some questions are indeed valid as well. I just wanted to mention things that we mostly ignore but are critical to development speed. This is why I always say he needs more people, he just can't do it himself, atleast if he ever wants to complete it in reasonable time.

well this is so nice and heartbreaking how lp suffers. but same time there are devs making games of same or better quality and complexity and manage to deliver regulary and more often with much more content.
the thing is simple. it is about responsibility towards people that paying him for years pretty much large ammount of money for updates that can be rather called short teasers than updates.
so your remarks are valid when we are talking about dedicated, responsible person which cannot be applied to this guy

Yep, just went through a Good Wife game using the skip option to get past all the grind and to my utter surprise (not) it was very boring, much more fun going the filthy route. ;)

It's never about L&P, my friend. It's about how vital one's favorite character is in upcoming story. I remember the people who are now critical on L&P were advocate for him when their favorite one would be in the story (about 6-10 months ago). One can justify and decorate his view as much as he wants. But it's all about fav character in the end and "people" are as simple as that. Sad thing is that no one seems to be able to create a VN like the dev and the result is what you are experiencing now, meaningless "criticism". Where logic does not work, ignore button is a very good option, IMO.

Before he can even attempt this, he first needs to learn how to fuck a woman. Properly. It's like a lot of things in life that you can't learn well from reading about, or looking at pictures. It needs practice, preferably with a partner roughly at your own level of experience. This story so far isn't one of those virgin boy fantasies where teen lads fuck older women with a skill, confidence & all round amazing levels of satisfaction that would be more appropriate for a man twice their age.

If porn stories are like fairy stories for adults, (which they are), the boy "sexpert" stories are like fairy stories for young adults & tweenagers. If this ever descends to that level, even in the ridiculous event of Dylan shagging his own mother & sister, it will have reached rock bottom.
