Conclusion: L&P uses this pose quite often both when she is following something and during an ongoing process (talking to someone, looking for something, ...).
The last teaser, by eliminating the situation of talking to someone or searching for something, only leaves viable the situation where Sophia is chasing something that is happening or will happen.

IMO, whatever is the context (aiden task, new branch / bonus storyline) the expression says she is witnessing something that is not really sexual in nature.
The description says "looming", so to me it is either the result of her task and the possible implications (e.g. the pictures of the paintings, something that she had to do...) or something that she was not supposed to see, which could give her leverage for example over Aiden or Bennet, or, worse, something that will endanger even more her position in the blackmail path, or a complete different event that starts the "totally new branch" (and there all the bets are open).

The second detail in the latest teaser is the environment. A new one. I think L&P would have found something suitable in Sophia's school if the scene had taken place there. I think it's a different school

I think it's a different school or adjacent installations.

If there are outbuildings for other activities (e.g. sports) but Sophia's school, then we can talk about Zac/Dylan.
If not: who goes to school? Ellie and Sam. I don't think it's possible.

Now that is very well researched, interesting and insightful, although difficult to conclude. Often leaning against something when standing is either to steady oneself (eg. tired, drunk, wearing heels), or maybe indicate a lack of confidence and needing tactile support. So Sophia may be more vulnerable that she appears in certain situations.

That was what I first saw in their facial expression and also immediately noted here in the forum. Sometimes I have the impression that others do not look at all or are unable to read faces (I do not want to shame anyone, that's just my impression.). Thank you for the interesting comparison.

Not yet. Next update is Aiden's task #4, an optional Don Morollo event, and a "special" bonus scene. So pretty much a snooze update, if there ever was one as much as we can actually believe the hype of this update.

Leaning against walls might be subjective, but peeping around corners to watch and listen, particularly if suspicious is definitely sneaky, and characteristics of lack of confidence.
But thank you to those displaying past images highlighting and examining expressions, posture etc. to help define Sophia's character, please submit more. It makes me think how much subtle detail the dev has applied, almost to the point of obsession. Some images are truly reflective of individual works of art.

I've fallen in love with Inside Jennifer, if you haven't you should give it a try. It isn't pretending to be brilliant, but it's more than a simple fuckfest too. It's a fun little game that isn't going to overstay its welcome and has great payoff.

But to stay on topic- I really do hope to eat crow. I actually think the next update will be good, I just hope it's good enough to justify the time spent on it.

Yes - that's one of the ones that I have found to while away my time between AWAM updates. Younger more liberal fmale protagonist.

Re AWAM I was foolishly optimistic when L&P announced the move to new shorter updates. I knew that we would be unlikely to get first shorter update by end of Dec'21 (from a 20/11/21 startpoint) but allowing for extra family time off for Chsitmas / New Year, I was one of those that naively hoped for the first of shorter updates by mid Jan'22.

I have seen his posts on the "new" thing he is collaborating on, and I can understand trying new things take time. But I remain sceptical as to what benefit this would bring, as opposed to simply getting the basic work done faster. But I am assuming this new thing is what his Patreons want and I am not botthered about, and as a non-Patreon I have to accept that I don't get a say in that decision, which is fine.

But on the other hand it does show that L&P appears to be belatedly listening to his Patreons and even more belatedly actually doing somethng about it. I obviously hope this new collaboration works well and L&P is satisfied. We have got 10 days before L&P would miss mitting the end of Jan'22 for this update i.e. at least two full months. I guess we are just going to have to give him a bye on this month's update speed as he takes stock for Act Two of the story, and introduces this new change. So that simply put the time sensitive point to the second update of this year - can he get out a quick update in just a month?

If not, then allowing that some updates will be by their very nature longer in scale and / or complexity, then we won't be able to get one Playable Day in-game done in less than a year in real time.....

I have ranted about it previously at some length. I do not like the depiction of the female lead character.
I may have described her as over-pixelated......

I've hinted to it before and based on stuff I see on pvt groups I really think this VN has its days numbered since I don't see L&P working for pennies when he barely has any motivation to work for a good paycheck.
