More that not being part of the main storyline, there aren't many variations that will need testing. It's not like whether Dylan is going to boarding school or not makes any difference, or whether you played the Antonio scene or the Ellie/Jules scene.

Just whether or not Sophia is teaching the boys sex ed.

Let's not forget that is possible even sex ed.to not matter.If the whole episode will be with the girls only.
