Sadly, that's what it turned out to be, though he probably believed he was telling the truth at the time he wrote that. [I think he did]. He has a totally different vision now. AWAM is due to finish in the mid-2050s if the current pace continues. Then there'll be all the DLCs, if he can even remember what they were supposed to be about. He couldn't care less when he finishes, so long as it's when he's ready to retire & currently he doesn't seem to be planning a particularly early retirement.
Thinking about it from the perspective of someone whose favourite game this was for a long time & in relation to the art-form, the whole project has entered the realms of the surreal. It could have been the brainchild of a 1960s performance artist high on LSD. Several inter-connected stories, the ends of which many fans will not live to see, combined with a continuous slowing down of development but promising the opposite, while changing the sub-genre of the game, lowering the tone & making it up as you go along, simultaneously going back to the start to create updated pictures. All this against a backdrop of a following of willing subscribers & fans who will defend whatever happens & in some cases either don't understand the reality of the situation, or do understand but don't care. It could be a bad acid trip, or it could be a cult but it's totally unique in its grotesque artistry.

You have a binary vision on the subject. It's either black or white. People change, the world changes, everything changes, and you expect awam dev pace to be the same to make such predictions ? I'm not saying it will speed up. Maybe it will slow down even more. Or he will even abandon the project ( I hope he does ) But it will change for sure.
You guys are taking this matter way too personally. So what if he doesn't finish the game. Is that the end of the F world ? Hearing you talk about this all the time one would think it's a nuclear catastrophy. It's a F game. And you are grown a** men. act accordingly and stop whining about something meaningless that you have no control over it.

No, I expect Dylan to have sex with either Ellie or Christine during their event later on current PD 13. The 3 possible scenarios are the conclusion for the whole 4 days...

You are taking this issue too socially and culturally.
I think this game can be stopped, but if it's stopped right away, the sponsors will realize how long they've spent their money on worthless things.
Developers who have wasted six years of their time and are trying to waste another six years of their time can be criticized.

Why do you think we care? It's personal because of the lies but that post from me was written tongue-in-cheek. Couldn't you tell? I believe you're young & may live to see the end of this, whereas the only way I'll see the end is if he does abandon it. Does that matter in the grand scheme of things, of course not. If Dylan never fucks his own mother the sun will still rise & the world will still keep turning, or it won't. If virgin boys prove capable of bringing a mature woman to orgasm, despite having no experience in such matters, why should I care? If Sophia gets gang-banged by a bunch of homeless men in order to please those with that particular kink, so what? "It may never happen," as 'they' say. Everything changes. Who'd have guessed? When I was young there was one privately owned telephone on the whole street & there was one privately owned refrigerator. This PC I'm typing at right now in the corner of an ordinary house has more power than the computers being used in the space race at the time within NASA HQ. I don't need to be reminded of how radically things change but thanks all the same. You see, at my age, I might have forgotten, because I'm one of those fortunate enough to have lived through many changes. Exactly 23 years ago this week, I was lying in a hospital in intensive care, not knowing whether I was going to live. It wouldn't be the last time. Everything which came afterwards, I consider a bonus & a great one at that. That's why, if I feel like commenting on AWAM, I will do it, because it pleases me. Like L&P, I couldn't care less whether you, or anyone else is pleased by that or not.
You hope AWAM will be abandoned. These days, so do I but probably not for the same reason(s). I hope the Dev will abandon it to take up yodelling lessons in order to become more like a stereotypical Swiss, in the way he has chosen to inflate Sophia to the proportions of a stereotypical MILF. I hope he will donate, or sell AWAM to someone with the creativity & the motivation to actually work on the game, while he enjoys a 'well-earned' extra holiday before moving onto the next project, "A Son & Brother" maybe? It's too much to ask, even for me, I know...I know.

With all due respect. What else will ever see this finished? Not this Dev, that's for sure. He's impervious to suggestions, he's run out of ideas, his writing skills have deserted him, he doesn't want a team & the list goes on but we all know the score. If he were to change it to "A Son & Brother" (& I'm serious), there would be a huge amount of disappointment & an almighty outcry BUT the gaming world would move on & the Dev might be happy in his work again. Fans like me would just have to fall by the wayside. L&P would still have his pension plan. Fans sticking with it would be closer to an age range where they could reasonably expect to live to see an end. How things are progressing now resembles a controlled experiment rather than the production of a story which has a recognisable beginning, middle & end. Something needs to change & I have no more idea of how to bring this about than a change of Dev or a change of game/story.With all due respect!

Dylan with his Sister? Unlikely as there isn't that many romantic/sexual interraction between them. Christine is possible imo.
