do you think he is giving preview of the scenes he is now working?
It's a game. Maybe they just changed the law in AWAM version of the country the live in, or Dylan was thought to be older because he is with Sophia. In the end, it doesn't matter at all. As long as the game remains coherent, everything is fine.
Even more, AWAM is intended to be a porn game. So it is almost mandatory that not everything that happen in this game also would make sense in the real world. Sometimes I get really confused about how much L&P ramblings about a realistic game have messed up the expectations here. No matter which of the stories you look at, all of them will have to go down this path sooner or later. If this game were realistic (for the real world), nothing fun would happen at all in this game. L&P would have to virtually omit all events except maybe the events between Sophia and Liam.

It's a game to you and me, but in his eyes, he is writing it as it is realistic. That's the part that many people miss. The country that San Alejo is in is the US. He will undoubtedly write in a way that makes the game progress, but again he's writing it in "realistic" terms. That's why I said in a post a couple of months ago that it doesn't matter how we view the game. It's how the author writes it in which he uses the term realistic.It's a game. If by realistic you mean like in the real world, then it is simply not possible to write a realistic porn game. That is because a porn game is almost dependent on not being realistic.
One thing should be clear to all of us here. L&P is only a game developer. Since game developers are also only human, he also makes mistakes and occasionally says stupid things. His comments on realism are simply part of him saying something wrong. Just ignore it and you don't have to worry about a trap that L&P set up for himself years ago.
In the end, the only thing that matters is that this game finally makes progress. If that means for Dylan, who is maybe 16-18 years old, to visit a club in the U.S., then so be it. There will certainly be a suitable explanation for this, which may not make sense in the real world, but is perfectly suitable for a porn game.

It depends whether or not fans want a 'realistic' veneer to the game, or whether 'porn logic' should dominate. It seems that the Dev has decided on the latter, presumably to please the majority of his Patrons. It must be what he understands them to want & it must make business sense. L&P promised realism in an erotic VN but currently delivers an average teen porn pulp game, realism having been abandoned years ago. It turned out to be the case, that there'd been no need to promise this in the first place. Personally speaking, having played various porn games, none of which were in any sense realistic, or claimed to be, it was the advertisement of realism, all those years ago, that was amongst those things which drew me strongly to AWAM. I've had enough of cartoon characters & stories. We've got an over supply of games to cater for such tastes & the choice is vast.It's a game. Realism in the game now seems to consist of the cast members not being abducted by aliens, or having to deal with orcs & goblins & no-one has any special mind-control powers, of course. Once the concept of realism is ditched, it's a case of "anything goes." That may be fine for the "Hey, it's just a porn game," viewpoint but not for anyone who wants something better, i.e. a proper set of story arcs, with believable characters. Fiction has to veer from the course that reality would most likely take but why does this have to produce illogical nonsense? Novels, films & even comics exist which deal with erotic subjects but manage to maintain a kind of realism. Plot holes, retro fitting of storylines, out of character behaviour, lack of immersion for anyone not into M/S incest, etc., have all made AWAM into nothing more than another run-of-the-mill episodic offering, albeit a very slow one.
There's also the question of whose porn logic are we talking about when that subject is raised? Observing the bulk of current porn games, I know it's not mine. L&P should perhaps consider removing references to realism from his mission statement/promo blurb, along with adding a long overdue, male protagonist tag.
I have one doubt ! Is he the only developer or he has and hires additional developer for finising the update ! Why it is goddamn slow!!
He and he alone. He claims to have hired an animator but it's beyond obvious that the animator is just him, lol.
He says he can't hire anyone else because he doesn't want to compromise the quality of the product...which is a laughable amount of bullshit.

I think the only real question is "who will interrupt them?". During the Nightclub event on PD9 it was Sophia herself, since it was a school night, but that isn't a problem in this case. It may ultimately depend on how well rested Dylan needs to be in order to perform at the football match the next day.
