I think I read L&P replied that Tyler is not making any further progress with Sophia.
Will the player be able to play this event without re-starting part one of awam?
forgive or not forgive Logan only matter, so yes, you can play without re-starting part one

You are right because Ellie seems to have now adopted Sophia's most recent hair style.
I do not know where you live, but I have never seen a girl dressed and posing so provocatively in a public street in the daytime where I live and any respecting mother would have a fit if her daughter dressed in such a way... And no I am not a prude there is a time and place for such dress for example cheerleading performance.
