I just checked, the scene where Dylan pretends to be her bf only happens if she doesn't forgive him. This would lead me to believe that they won't appear in that route. This one is where she did forgive him, so that scene never took place. Her and Dylan didn't talk in the backyard and they didn't pick up Christine and go to the cafe where that scene took place.

Yeah, it only happens if she doesn't forgive him but that doesn't mean she can't run into Logan and his friend at the spa, no matter the choice you make. Then your choice regarding whether Ellie forgives him or doesn't forgive him affects what happens next.

Tyler actually looks super weird with his hair. Logan looks a little dirty around his face and is rocking mascara it seems.

But you know what...they are adults. First update in like 3 years with Sophia and male adults (not counting the elderly home event as they are more dead than alive). Actually the first update I want to play for the content, not just to stay up-to-date, in AGES. For that I'm even gonna ignore how the entire start of PD14 doesn't seem to make any sense, Sophia going back and forth between new and old hair or her stupid makeover. Yes, I'm a simple man. lol

I fully expect the next update to achieve two things: beautiful renders of beautiful people (tho the preview of Logan and Tyler give me some pause) doing naughty things
It strains credulity to think that Sophia would do anything with Ellie in front of Logan or Tyler. It strains credulity to think that Sophia would do anything with Tyler in front of Ellie. It strains credulity that Sophia would do anything with Logan under any circumstances - Sophia doesn't like Logan under any playthrough that I can recall (my memory is suspect, of course), and Ellie doing anything with Logan in front of Sophia doesn't make any sense for the same reason.

That leaves us with maybe Ellie + Logan by themselves and/or Tyler + Sophia by themselves, or discrete interactions like Logan getting the feels on Ellie during a massage and/or Sophia getting the feels from Tyler during a massage, or being nude in the sauna together.

We already have nudity in the sauna, nudity in the locker room, heavy petting during a massage (spa and w/Nathalie). IMHO the plausible scenarios represent a rediculous waste of developer resources since none move any of the main storylines forward and all are a rehash of scenes from years ago with characters that almost no one cares about.

The only other likely scenario I see is some nonesensical character destroying farce where all four are in the same room doing naughty business overtly.

I would really be more careful about ruling out certain story developments that are absolutely achievable. This may only lead you to be disappointed by an update if one of the versions you have excluded does happen.

Ultimately, as the story progresses, the events will increase in intensity. Now that we've reached mid-game, much more is possible than at the beginning of the game. Therefore, it is possible that Sophia is able to make progress in this update with Ellie, Logan and Tyler. How far it ultimately goes remains to be seen, but to be honest I'm hoping for a little more action. Not separated into individual couples, but in a combination with the guys that also leads to progress being made between Ellie and Sophia.

Ellie and Sophia getting hot and heavy in front of a couple of college underclassmen, one of which we know Sophia doesn't like, doesn't make any sense at all. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the only way this scene even happens is if Ellie forgave Logan, meaning they are still a couple. Sophia doesn't like Logan, and certainly not as a partner for Ellie. There is zero incentive for Sophia to do anything that would keep Logan interested in Ellie or think that there's some Ellie/Sophia sharing option for him in the future.

Also, Sophia is not going to cheat on her husband in front of her daughter, unless we're truly and irredeemably on the path to the dark side of the farce.

So I think we're left with either dumb, or rehash, or, and most probably, dumb rehash.

The best outcome for this update would be if L&P managed to actually move the story forward. Hopefully it helps that Sophia is now a lot more open-minded herself and that Ellie has already made progress. So a little more action is definitely possible. Certainly not very much yet, but it could be a good deal more than you anticipate.

One more thing, if you expect too much reality from a porn game, you are bound to be disappointed. The aim of such a game is that there is action in the end. Even if this update is not yet that far, there will certainly be an update in the future with these four do way more than just talking. That is the goal, especially for a game with a "corruption" tag.

First of all - I agree with you!
The initial situation/initial conditions do not actually allow anything sexual to be possible in the presence or even with the involvement of Logan and Tyler. This is especially true if Sophia spent the night before with Dylan and is full of regret.
But considering the third and fourth teasers, which show what L&P described as "a playful Sophia", it seems to me that the only difference in this upcoming update will be at what point Sophia accepts her "inner whore".
Immediately after getting up or later when she is/was at the spa with Ellie.
This is the only way to even explain any progress or interactions with the two men at this point.
If L&P chooses this route to explain Sophia then the story becomes even stranger when L&P then has Sophia have a "serious" conversation with Dylan about the events of the previous day. Because this conversation will come and if L&P actually lets Sophia act as suggested in the text above, it will be contradictory and hilarious and will make any form of "believable" ridiculous.
One should also take into account an early statement from L&P. When Aiden's blackmail of Sophia began and Dylan was the perpetrator of this blackmail, and it was hotly debated, L&P once said that at some point it will no longer matter that it is blackmail and who is to blame. If you take this statement into account then you can understand that this weekend should lead to a profound change in behavior for Sophai.
At least that's how L&P could imagine it.

So far we only know individual images of the upcoming update. And of course everyone here tries to give an interpretation to these images and, based on past events, together with their own ideas and wishes, to predict how the update will develop. I also don't want to judge L&P too harshly at this point until the new update has been released. But at the moment I see that we're going to get something very erotic and sexual, but in terms of the story it could be a catastrophe.
But maybe L&P has an idea up its sleeve and will surprise me.

Sophia’s level of remorse depends on last night’s events. The only thing that might change is a few renders with different face expressions. When she realised that Sam is at the door she felt like teasing him… At this stage teasing Sam is the norm. At the current release we will see only the scenario where Ellie forgave Logan meaning she got naughty thinking of him. Maybe they exchanged some messages and arranged today’s meeting. To have a similar outcome both Sophia/Ellie morning events I would expect them to put up some lesbian show with kissing and touching for the boys in the end. The heterosexual part of the event might be relatively short. Just to increase the girls level of arousal… Maybe some heavy fingering.

In my two recent posts I've split potential events into two camps: those that are consistent with previous elements of the story and the characters up to this point, and then those that throw all that stuff out the window so he can up the naughtiness without regard to the characters and events he's presented to us thus far.

I'm predicting a whiplash inducing Tokyo Drift style change of direction rather than a three-point turn. I'm not expecting reality - nothing like it - just asking for consistency and logical progression.
