What's that promotion work gonna look like? Creating a Ko-Fi account (already done) and making a post on twitter? Like.. What can someone really do to promote a game with this kind of content? lol
The promotion he gets is free and comes from F95 and other places where the game is shared. Not like he's doing anything for that. Hasn't done anything in 7 years, and highly doubt he'll do anything now.
Edit: Tell you what he's doing. He's setting himself up to have more excuses to use in the coming months or even years as to why things are getting slower and slower.

Now from the beginning the job been done right, more attention paid to feedback rather than trying to slam a round peg in a square hole, it would have been the easiest task to move from one site to another. Loyal fans would seek the game out on their own.)

1. 2. : Never understood why he is keeping Ryan on sidelines. He already said Ryan will be one of the last folks to nail Sophia even though he was pretty much the first guy who had the most advancement with her when it comes to corruption and now all the momentum will be screwed all thanks to dev's slowburn fetish. By the time he gets some good content in future he will be in his 40s and fanbase will be suffering from old age and limp dicks.
3. Museum guys are unnecessary. Instead of one time thing just remove them.
4. Dude has a history of giving a good update followed by a year of dud shit but he knows that no matter how shitty things get, his loyal horndog of a patron base will come running back to him the moment he puts out the next update.

It's so painfully obvious that the museum event should be cut. I know people were looking forward to it, but it's so late that it's a waste of time and resources to make it. This is maybe the lowest of the low-hanging fruit if he wanted to cut something. No one needs this scene, this is needlessly inflexible.

LP doesn’t understand this, he doesn’t understand or pretends that he doesn’t understand simple math, he doesn’t want to answer the most important question: How does he plan to finish the game within 10 years with so many characters? Thus, he literally admits that the game will not be finished, especially with the closure of his Patreon
