We used to criticise the developer of the slow progress but turned out that he is the only developer who give us 4 updates every year. Bravo

I don't think it will be until the 15th of this month. Also since we don't have an official release we may not get it here for a while.
Bro, there is slow burn and then there is a snail paced simmer.
This is pretty much becoming a problem with slow burn games. They're sacrificing realistic sexual situations for unnecessary eroticism that just ends up being more filler than any actual build up of sexual tension.
The entire point of eroticism is to start out slow and then begin rolling like some torrid sexual bomb. There is a point where the the teasing turns into insatiable lust and desire and a lot of devs struggle with that line. L&P is the poster child of this.
I think what adds to this is after sex happens devs are at a loss as to how to keep it interesting or recapture the sexual tension. They get long term marriage syndrome right away.
This is pretty evident by the now standard dopeyand rigid point system they've all adopted for sexual progression. Kissing - hand job - blow job - tit job - sex- anal, that all characters much match before any other character progresses further. It's become so tiresome and boring with no room for spontaneity. This would also make for good drama and story telling with some characters being resentful, jealous or slighted. I mean some devs do make this attempt, but most do not. It's either , " let's build a harem!" or " Let's fuck everyone! ". Although honestly since most storytelling is garbage in AVN's or porn games I'd rather the later so at least I can get my rocks off.
Anyway just my two cents. I know a lot of other people don't share this opinion and like to be in a perpetual blue balled state.

Speaking of animations... Wow, the improvement from the first part of the game is incredible! Personally, I wasn't expecting THIS quality, these are some of the best animations I've seen in games of this genre (especially the Dylan/Christine/Ellie scene). It's a shame that some of these animations are fixed to a single paragraph, so you have to skip the animation to continue reading. Fortunately, in the later scenes (such as Sophia and Ellie's), L&P seems to have realized this and the text is no longer fixed to a single paragraph, so he can describe the scene in detail while the animation plays.

Add to your observations when a scene gets steamy and hot where the next logical conclusion of it ends in a total cluster F*** of an ending to the scene. How many times has Sophia been brought close to have it just crash and burn? If you can count past 4 times that is far, FAR, too many times the developer has played that trick with the story.

Thing is, it can be made even more spicy and easier to develop a story with sex already part of a relationship, but emotional complications making it even better. If Sophia truly kept to the "secret girlfriend" plot with Sam and they consummate the relationship, the natural progression of the story would go like:
*Does Sophia try to back track and try and stay away from Sam... to only fail and give in or not to another encounter with Sam
*Does having an affair with Sam cause Sophia problems with Liam, or even Dylan
*Does having Sam in her life and the affair make Sophia more open with Dylan or others
*Does Sam cause Sophia to close other love interests' paths
*Does Sophia become a total slut
*Does Sophia think about a true relationship with Sam
(*)----all those and more possibilities jsut with Sma alone... now imagine all the complications of Sophia and Dylan...Tyler... maybe Zac...maybe...etc...etc.

Now we get 1/10 day in 3 months.
And the upcoming update won't be even the whole event.
If this continue,we will move to 5 min of Sophia's life in 3 months.

Same, they're many great scenes in AWAM but people are so obsessed with someone sticking their dick in Sophia.
