You don't need a windows version. Download the mac version, extract as normal, and copy the "...A_Wife_And_Mother_Part_2-0.215-mac\A_Wife_and_Mother.app\Contents\Resources\autorun\game" folder into your latest PC version, replacing all files with same name. (make a copy of the last PC version first, to be safe)
