Download v0.211 patch from page 1, unzip then put the contents into the v0.215 game folder

There's no patch, but you can avoid any content you choose and skip all scenes or dialogue the usual way.
Marie is not a LI for Sophia so that part is irrelevant for her content.

From the beginning.. is not possible since the game is divided into part 1 and part 2
For part 1 you don't need any patch but for part you need v0.211 patch file to play 2nd sidejob events.
Maybe it is possible to see all events (from part 1 to part 2 v0.215) in the gallery if you download a combined version of the game.

Based on the main story progression it should be Sam. Sophia is obviously smitten with him.

Best I'm aware of is the fan made game A Date with Linda. In a way that desensitized me to this game altogether.
