I joked earlier but sincerely believe this is L&P introducing a hard stop to any progression on the Sam-Sophia path - time is up, I have to meet my husband.

if I weren’t so pessimistic I might be tempted to speculate that this could present Sophia with a GW/FW choice to skip out on Liam and Cathy and what’s his name, stick with the concert event.

Also, it occurs to me that a bar near the beach at around sunset does present some fairly obvious but nonetheless enticing possibilities should Sophia be given the option to stay at the concert event.

Are you implying she could go for a midnight swim? Are you implying this may be her time of the month? Are you implying Chief Brodie is chillin' with a beer?

That was when Liam walked into the shower? That was alright for me, and I had no problem with things coming to an abrupt stop because it was earlier in the game and the Ellie-Sophia path was still barely reaching adolescence.

But at this stage, regardless of what path you’re on assuming you’re not on a GW path), there’s enough overall FW progression that we, the audience, deserve some sort of action.

I could actually be fine with Sam making progress with Sophia at the event, things getting a little bit hotter, and it being cut short because of the new Cathy/Andy/Liam scene if, and this is a big if, it allowed for Sam to try to convince Sophia to stay, Sophia says she can’t but leaves him with some promise that they will pick up where they left off, at the next opportunity. Perhaps something like, ”next Wednesday I don’t have work, I’ll be home all day. Look for me tanning by the pool around lunch time.”

Obviously that’s too specific, but something like that would be alright. And yes, I realize I’m placing that event sometime around 2026-2027 or thereabouts.

Yup, nail- head- square on. By the way, What is the earliest someone can retire in Germany and go on their version of Social Security? Just mulling a concept here.

I keep not having enough Dylan points for the lack luster jogging scene. Does including Sam in the modeling scene hurt Dylan's points? Or do you have 5o homeschool Dylan to get them all or something. I know there's a guide and the solution is probably just to spend an hour of my life carefully reading and selecting the right options but, just curious is there's a tricky spot (like leaving the soccer game, which you wouldn't assume would net you Dylan points) that I'm missing.

Your comments resonate precisely with what I said in an earlier post. Happily, the next Sam scene is in the afternoon of the day after the concert. For them it is only a 12 hour wait; for us it will be closer to 12 months.

Or years. Don't count L&P out just yet .

Liam is a complete arsehole. His gambling addiction puts his whole family in danger and he's happy enough to let his wife try and get them off the hook by doing something that any sane husband would see red warning flags going up. The best thing the guy could do for his family is disappear permanently. Now Sophia has got herself in the shit by acquiescing to a Mob boss.

I know everyone refers to His addiction. However, it is not actually displayed that way. Until they got to the Casino, he was not hitting every Casino in his path, he was not at the sports bookies and he does not have a bookie rolodex. He had this one epic fail and suddenly is an addict. He clearly has fashion acumen but, maybe he is a mathematical idiot. (I have a pair of 2s I got this yeah!) As noted in another's post above he does not see the beauty in front of him. WHY? He is a prop to get the story in a direction. He is maneuvered into position at certain moments to shove the story in a desired path. In short he is a tool!

Please read the 3335 pages prior to this. You will likely finish that, at a one a day rate, prior to L&P hiring other illustrators. That is the long pole in the tent. Coding and Translation are less than 20% of the work.

Need to use the cheat mod from page 1 of this thread. Set to 54 or higher points on Dylan.

Being German myself, I can tell you that there a couple of factors modifying the how, when and with what you can retire in Germany and these can be throwing quite some positive and negative curveballs. So it is not easy to say when L&P might be able to retire, but I cal tell you with ASSURANCE that he works so slow with a specific amount of money or specific point in Time in mind.
We already had this discussion several times, so to keep it short just one more point. What L&P´s Yesmen simply do not want to acknowledge is that he already has shown, with his early updates, he can work a lot quicker than he does now. He is deliberately dragging his feet, that is quite obvious, no matter what his bootlickers say. And what we know of his personality, that is even understandable. He is a complete D-, someone you find only rarely, with zero competence to work in a team in addition.
No wonder that he milks this windfall that AWAM is for all it is worth! A proven hothead with no ability to function as part of a team will have problems getting jobs.

For Example- Early retirement to Social Security in the US is age 62. There are penalties for this and full retirement is 67. I was curious if that could be a motivating feature. It is not like he would have to stop his work, his passion. The advantages however, may make this part of his driving force as you have alluded.

If we look at his current production rate and extrapolate over time, on the stated sequence of events, we could potentially derive the endgame time frame in the RW. This, of course, is merely a theoretical exercise but, it could fill a few more pages of the thread even if kept to serious discussion vice the normal explosion of shock at the audacity to question.

No offense, but I think L&P will never search someone really supports him with development of essential parts, because in this case he would also need to split the money. It is more likely that there will be event-based updates at some point, which will encourage L&P to pay even more attention to each event, so that the game day development time some day will need two years.

Why use the cheat mod on page 1 when the game has an inbuilt cheat menu now.

The cheat mod on page one gives more options to adjust points than the one on the phone. IMO, I prefer to use the cheat mod on page 1 for now.

It is more likely that there will be event-based updates at some point, which will encourage L&P to pay even more attention to each event, so that the game day development time some day will need two years.

Since I see many things differently, but in the end I cannot refute them because I cannot look over the developer’s shoulder. You have a tough word against the developer. But if you now also despise those who make the game possible for you despite your criticism of the developer, then I can only conclude one thing: You don't get lost while playing, only puking yourself up here.

This update is very disappointing
Very long wait for very small updated
I think this update is must be have 20-30 min gameplay but it's have no intersting event or not big events like he give in update of 0.115
Their is not a single event is good
L&P is very slow developer compare to other devloper
Their are lots of devloper who make visual novel game but they take little time and give more content just like fashion business

This update v0.130 is very very very very disappointing

I think we should not allow L&P to divide the community here.

There is much to praise about AWAM, e.g. with regard to the quality of the images, but there are also a few issues that are really getting more and more serious. I, at least, find it odd how L&P, despite all the time this update has taken, can overlook a bug that prevents a full event from being played. This is really not a good sign. It must also be said that AWAM has gone completely off the rails in some of the side stories.

If something like this can't be discussed here, then there is no place left, because L&P would certainly not allow cirtical voices on his Patreon page. So let us all discuss these issues peacefully.

He won't hire anyone he has already explained that in a 3 page note. Only thing that can convince L&P to publish faster update is significant withdrawal of his patreon member's.
