It never was a beach bar. It was always "one of those bars at the beach".ok not a beach bar.
Remember, the beach is a 20 minute drive from where Sam and the Parkers live, so "at the beach" could mean anywhere from on the beach to several blocks away.

It may be that the crowd is a bunch of oafs who make the same kind of sleazy remarks as the park hobos, creating some tension and then what, Sam steps in and plays the hero? Dylan v Hobos part 2? And this is why it's challenging to have LIs who are still teenagers- this scenario strains believability. A biker bar is not going to hire a high school garage band. There's just so much about this that doesn't work. It's like a silly 80s movie without the charm.

Yup, ergo my previous post on this. If this is not disinformation, than it looks like the writing aspect, the story telling aspect is about to take another huge hit. Believability is heading for the crapper. If this is the actual bar the stress over the dress will seem like a light mist vice a Cat 5 hurricane rolling in if this is the bar. I can see it being the straw for many.
I hope this is just the bar in the background and the actual bar is not yet revealed. Most beach entertainment districts have a series of bars, comedy shops, cafes etc. And many share the parking spaces. Here is hoping. It is a small hope but,....
