You don't get them, no matter how many times you play this current version. It's Fan Art. There is a sex scene with Neil and Amber that Sophia can watch.

That's because it's fan art, which shouldn't have been posted here, but in the fan art thread.
There's unlikely to be anything like that in the game for at least a decade, perhaps two.
