Hi Säbelzahn(Sabertooth)! As an info for you, Germany is one of the dubbing centers of the world and like Japan, we have exceptional voice actors and many speak various foreign actors for decades. For example, a German will not recognise Robert deNiro by his voice, but hearing Christian Brückner speaking for him. They actually know each other, like Ernst Meincke and Patrick Stewart do too.
Heinz Petruo´s rendition of Darth Vader in the original trilogy is every bit as iconic as the english version.

We have extremly good female voice actors as well. Andrea Aust, Elisabeth Günther, Bettina Weiß or Julia Ziffer to name a few.
BUT the problem is not getting good voice actors, the problem is how much money L&P will cough up for them! You do not get Mr. Brückner or Mrs. Aust for the equivalent of a Whopper menu! Even talented new ones, like Birthe Baumgard are not cheap!
A lot of newer movie synchronisations have problems when they want it for cheap. Perfectly Lip-syncing top level voice actors cost!
I fear, since we have ample evidence that L&P cuts corners everywhere when he has to pay for something, he will take either completely inexperienced VAs or cheap ones. The results won´t be pretty!

NO actual professional mainstream voice actor would voice a porn game ever no matter how much you're going to pay them.
There are voice actors like Pixie Willow but even though she is experienced she is still an amateur who does the voice acting on the side.

Actually that has happened, that later renowned VAs started out voicing porn movies and games and you rarely recognise them, because they were really good using their voices even at their start. Granted, this happened mostly years or decades ago, but you can get talented VAs for erotic stuff if they are still new. But as I wrote in my other post and that is a major point, even newcomers with talent don´t come cheap in Germany!
I fully expect with L&P having outed himself as a moneygrabber, not spender even when necessary, repeatedly that we will see a very shoddy voice work in AWAM!
The game is in English and not German so German voice actors would be completely useless.
Both devs work by themselves. its that enough of a comparison? I though L&P was doing this full time now.
I just dont get the defense.
All i want is progression in the story. The point of splitting up the days was the speed that up, and yet its taking almost as long for even less content.
I also forgot that there is an interlude chapter for BaD that is out next week, NEXT WEEK.
If there was consistency from L&P like PinkCake i (and others) would not be complaining.

You don´t know much about the dubbing industry, right? Germany dubs practically everything foreign since about 90 years ago.(And while some hipster idiots today harp about only the original sound is good, when questioned later, these i... have to admit they did not understand half of what they thought they would. Go figure) We have an extremly experienced, high quality dubbing industry. Most VAs can additionally voice in a couple other languages.
The German dubbing industry dubs in German and not in English.
And it still makes no sense because none of those people would dub a damn porn game with themes like incest, sexual assault/harassment and sex with underage characters.

And your opinion about lack of sexual events and eroticism in this game I totally disagree. If you reduce sexual content only to a shocking orgasm and cum on the face may be true for your worldview, and for your pleasure gain enough but I find that pre-pupertary.
While Germany dubs for Germany, there are renowned VAs, who work for other nations dubbing industry too. Frank Glaubrecht for instance, is a regular in 4 nations dubbing studios, dubbing in 4 languages!
Once again, it was not too uncommon, that young VAs voiced erotic stuff to earn additional money when they were new and nobody here bats an eyelid about that. While they don´t advertise it, it is not a secret. Really famous VAs certainly won´t go back to voicing porn (except maybe for audio books a la 50 shades of grey, since someone has to read them and it is well paid), but you can get talented new VAs to do some erotic stuff relatively easy, but that costs. And L&P wants top level quality for an apple and an egg(seen with the animations stuff), something which will not work!

And what do you mean some Grind ? There is no stat to grind in the game. And money and mini games are optional.

Surely as I said I know not much of the German voice acting industry. Another reason for me to mention Japanese VA was that since there are so many of good quality you might find some real talent even at low prices.
I don't remember incidences of him not paying or anything. Most of the times it is just accusations from people here without credible evidence. Though again that is the arrangement between L&P and the VA's, not my place to speak.
And as you said quality voice actresses need to be paid well. How much is he willing to spend is a question. Also since he used the voice "actresses" kinda confirms there is more than one. Also depends on the amount of work they have to do. Plus finding good voice actresses for voicing in porn games can be even tougher.
Anyways, thankyou for the information. Atleast i now know the German industry is also good.

About L&P not wanting to pay much, I elaborate that from his difficulties getting helpers and keeping them, be it translation or whatever. His obvious and known problems with this leave just two possibilities, a) he pays only a small amount of money, because of helpers leaving quickly once a better opportunity comes around or b) he is very difficult to work with. Considering his temper, we all have already seen, that might be the case that he is impossible to work with on a longer basis.
But the if and maybe is one thing, the main thing is that Germany has a lot of high quality VA talent, even willing to work erotic stuff, but since the dubbing industry in Germany is well-established, there is even an "Oscars" event for VA, quality has it´s price. I simply cannot believe that L&P, extrapolating on his known behaviour, is willing to put the money on the table for the top caliber.

Well, they kind of are pointless as I see it, and I’ll tell you why by example:
The film and television and video game industries are flush with exceptional animators, there are tens, if not hundreds of thousands out there. It’s pointless to talk about here, though, because let’s be honest, L&P is not tapping up Pixar or Studio Ghibli or Rock Star for his animation helper.
