The update will be hot af? (for 0.155)

Can somebody confirm that L&P was saying that regarding scenes that involve Sophia....

Because like the majority, I have no interest in jen, andre & aiden.... no matter how great the renders or the animations are....
i think it is about the sophie fourth task and the jen/aiden/andre event too

If this update will suck like the last one - i`m leaving this ship. I was AWAM fan two years but i see that L&P already TROLLING us. This half-update system must speed it up all development process and short our waitings but i see that nothing changes. Nothing! We will get day-update like in old times. L&P created illusion that it will be faster but true is that he use same system. This game not worth it.

Well if that's not copyright I dont know what is. I dont know the CONTENT of the movie but scene for scene L&P at least "borrowed" a fair amount of content

So... if i understand correctly, we are being told that two whole updates of hundreds of renders each were completed faster than the one update's worth of Daz animations?

If that's the case L&P is either being dishonest or he's being badly scammed by the person doing the Daz animations.

It's really hard to predict where (when?) this is going to end up, I suppose it depends how time is being split between v0.155 animations and v0.16 development - especially when he starts P&T.

Regarding the animations, we really don't have too much to go on as the pace of animation progress can only be measured since L&P first reported 40% on 3/6 (by Lord_Xanatos' post, that is), 21 days ago. In the 21 days since progress advanced from 40% to 70%. If he's on a strictly linear progression (no reason to think it is linear but we've not much else to go on) the next 30% could take another 21 days, so we're looking at wrapping up v0.155 around 4/16 - 4/19, something like that.

Now that I have a little (and I STRESS "little") experience in Daz, I have to give L&P some credit. Sophia's pose is really good, and getting Natalie's hand under the shirt and pulling it up is a really great detail. I actually don't love Natalie's model, it isn't bad but it feels a little plastic, but I really love the composition of the shot.

See, it's not all negative!

It’s been noted before, of course, but L&P uses a lot of pre-generated poses and expressions - nothing wrong with that, btw. When he’s looking for something specific though, he really does have an eye for posing the characters “just so”, and i agree, it is really tricky to pull off and usually really well done. He’s got skills and patience, more than many I’d say. the Daz interface can be excruciatingly difficult in my (also extremely limited) experience.
