Is it me or does the part1 downloads only go up to 150 and are missing the 151 part1 required to create the final save files?

Reason I ask is because I downloaded the game through the GoFile link and Mega link (just to be certain) and I get the version 150 game. However I do not get the option to make a final save file for transfer.
