When I last checked, which was around the v.100 mark, Ellie is a friend, Patricia is a "best friend", and all the other children are tenants. The nudity is taken out, so no Ellie showers etc, and no sex-ed in the second side job.

I always like it when these games use "lodger" like it's a Sherlock Holmes novel, even when it's set in the USA. No one in the USA would say "lodger" instead of "tenant" unless they were an insufferable anglophile.
