for non-Anglo-Saxons: what does it mean to have blue balls? It's an expression I often come across but I don't know what it means.

Dylan hasn't really shown any indication that he knows his relationship with Sophia should be kept private.
- On the bikini show with Sam, he pinch Sophia boob in front of Sam.
-In the cabin at the beach, he grabs Sophia ass while she's speaking to Liam.
-At the yoga event, lusting at Sophia ass and being noticed by Patricia.
-At the park, grabbing Sophia ass in public .
-And worst of all (but it has been removed), asking Aiden to blackmail his mom so he can see her dressed more sexy.
- I only played the Bikini Show with Dylan alone, so I can only say limited things about it. The behavior I think he shows when Sam is around is one of jealousy.
- On the beach he didn't really have to fear discovery. Also, his mind was clouded by the FOUR Viargra pills.
- At the yoga event, all the women were looking at each other. Sophia was just one of them. And he was embarrassed that Patricia noticed.
- The public scene in the park was embarrassing and unnecessary, I agree. But Dylan had Sophia's permission, no one knew her there, and the two of them disguised this as a "scientific" investigation.
- Less easily explained away is the stolen kiss in the parking lot after the soccer game, which they forgot to mention. Here he really didn't think about the consequences of his action.
- Blackmail Aiden: Dylan wanted to make Sophia dress sexy again not "so he can see her dressed more sexy". That a woman should dress less conservatively does not fit into this list of arguments. It doesn't matter anymore, this idiotic turn of phrase has been removed.
There is a scene at some point where Sophia clearly tells Dylan that what the two of them have just done must remain between them. And Dylan clearly reacts to this when he replies - "Who's he going to tell if he did this to his mother". The event was relatively harmless.
I think we will see, the more the relationship between Dylan and Sophia escalates, the more Dylan will be interested in not letting it be known.

I'm confused is Dylan suppose to catch up and maybe surpass Sam this playable day or day 14
Unknown. According to one post in this thread, L&P was quoted as saying Dylan would pass Sam yet when questioned again, L&P denied that.
All I can say from where the story currently stands, L&P has laid barely any story elements that make Dylan jumping passed Sam plausible. Of course this is a porn game, and proper story telling is forgotten or ignored, but given the history of this game, such a drastic shift could only come with the price of irreparable character assassination of Sophia.

If anything I'd guess he'll catch up or be near the same level Sam is on.
he called it the next step in their relationship and lets not forget. Almost EVERY Event in the next few days are DYlan and Sophia related. Only the Job ones and the Musuem guys are not realed to Dylan and Sophia. Especially the Evening Events
The Next one is so big that it needs two parts as well. So yes I think Dylan wil catch up in the next one and then surpass Sam on the next day.
