I assume Sophia thinks it's Mr. Murray, whom she has teased before, but it will be a mistake and Logan will be behind the door. This all makes sense in the context of the bits of information Dev revealed about Ellie and Logan's relationship. There was talk about the possibility of Sophie changing Ellie's mind about the relationship. Perhaps this is not only a change of Ellie's mind, but also a change in the object of Logan's attention. I hope so.

The talk about Sophia changing Ellie's mind about the relationship is about Ellie realising Logan is a dumb college horndog that isn't good enough for her. So far on the Ellie route, particularly if you don't play the Ellie/Jules event, Ellie likes Logan. Sophia changing Ellie's mind about him isn't relevant on this path. If anything, on this path Ellie will be digging her heels in on her opinion on him.
What may be important on this path is Sophia's opinion on Logan changing. Because at the moment she absolutely loathes him.
