I believe we discussed a few pages back that we are convinced he is keeping the render gauges in alignment with the animations so there is not another backlash on waiting for the animations.
I also am willing to be corrected.
As for translation time...IF we all learned german it would cut release time by 2-3 days. So in reality, it's our fault.

The game can't be completed in 2 years,even if he leave only Sophia,Ellie and Dylan.

If he did that he'd say he had to redo the characters to make sure they were perfect and then wouldn't you know it with such detailed perfection rendering would take longer so we would end up getting one scene every 6 months, again proving that no matter what, he can justify slowing production.

LP is currently updating the progress twice a day. So, by Monday morning (European time) CS+RS is complete.
- Photoshop editing needs 2 days to finish (20% per day)
- Programming & translation needs 4 days to complete (10-15% per day)
- Final test 2-3 days
So it is feasible to say 28-30/4 the update will be released…

Like you said if L&P takes a big decision now L&P can complete this game in next 8 to 10 years. because, Already in the game, Sophia is so corrupt that she cheats on her husband. (ex:- last sam bedroom scene event) So, now there is no need for more side characters to corrupt Sophia further. I think this is the right time for L&P to drop some unpopular characters from the game. or add some unpopular characters and storylines to the DLC and L&P can work on this DLC after the main game is complete. isn't it. And L&P can hire a developer for this team and assign them the work of this DLC game. Therefore, L&P can completely focus more on the main storyline of the game.
