I guess it just a review based on a mass report. His Patreon page is based on DOL version so it shouldn't be a problem but surely it'll take time.

They look here and elsewhere for patches that make it not in line. USUALLY they check if they're made by the dev or not. They can also read PMs on Patreon.
However, he had also recently opened subscribestar so I think he has a backup plan in case his page is blocked.

On a more serious note; Patreon did update their ToS a while ago, and AWAM isn't the only game that got the review stamp, so I'm wondering... Did the DoL version have any content where a character does not consent to what was happening (in a sexual scene)? Subway thugs? Neil drugging Sophia into submission? Anything like that in DoL? That could already be enough as Patreon explicitly pointed out that consent has to be a given for any sexual activities, and that's just one thing.
That will get WAY fewer patrons with how it works...

He should leave Patreon behind and migrate everyone to Subscribestar and start working on his website to turn into something similar like Patreon as a backup.Or not if he needs to fix important things
