I've only found a few Steam games that cost more than this amount, and most Steam games are cheaper than this amount.

Even if someone pays the lowest price, the cost over 7 years is too expensive for one person to purchase. ($1.5 * 12 months * 7 years = ?)

Anyone who pays that much has that much money. If I invest in a project like that, I should expect anything. That the project will be canceled because the idea doesn't work or that the developer is cheating.
I pay $60 to $100 every two years for other (commercial, non-erotic) games. If you divide that by 24 months and round it up really generously, that means I would pay a developer on Patreon a maximum of $5 per month. But this basis for decision-making only applies to me; everyone else can come to completely different conclusions for completely different reasons.
Anyone who pays $65 per month for seven years deserves my respect because they believe in the project, but anyone who suddenly thinks they've been cheated and then cries over their lost money here on f95 will only get a shrug of the shoulders.
It's a risk to support a project like that, regardless of what kind of project it is (music, hardware and software development or erotic "art"). Being aware of the risks and acting accordingly (in a timely manner) and not thinking with your dick - that's called personal responsibility.

I used Steam games as an example.
Steam games may not be as popular as this, but they are more complete than this. (Actually, of course, I searched the popular list and they are cheaper than AWAM. example, Elden Ring $59.99)

Second, I am not talking about the financial situation of the top tier sponsors.
I sometimes see people paying upwards of $70,000 for a single game item.

Third, the investment must have a return.
Now, if this is an investment, of course it has lost value and is an investment loss.
Investment involves promoting a product, receiving sponsors for it, using the money to create a finished product, selling it, and sharing the profits.

This is not an investment.

The meaning of the seven-year period is that this creator is receiving sponsorship not for his game but for his life. (His accounts are rich, but his heart is a pauper.)

The reason they deserve your respect is because they pay a lot of money. Be honest.

I have expressed my opinion on this, I have even indirectly said how much I support the developer.
And when we talk about returns, I get enough back for my small financial contribution so that I don't regret the money I paid. If I see things differently at some point, I will stop supporting them. It's that simple for me.
I will not despise a supporter who pays significantly more than me because I indirectly benefit from their support.

You feel deceived, I am talking about personal responsibility. Sorry, anyone who pays $30 a month to a porn game developer can either estimate very well how much work goes into developing a game, or they are passionate about the developer's idea. In both cases, you are not exempt from responsibility for how you spend your hard-earned money.

I totally agree with you. I do not understand that people pay that amount of money for this game. But still statistic are rising on Patreon. Well, better for us. When they leave there will be no game anymore. And even how bad the mess is in the game right now. I will be coming back..... For free!

The game will never be the same as it was at the beginning. I will be deleted for offensive talking now. It seems that all negative messages are reported and deleted........ By the dev or paid fanboyz

We will see.
