Sorry if I turned your work product into a Strawman for purposes of my own. But to the real nature of your post:
The game itself is a farse both as a "game" and as a workable story. The premise of the game is you craft Sophia's character by making choices to determine an outcome. Simply put it's either "filthy" or faithful (good wife). Well that was thrown out of the window sometime back... If a player has chosen every possible filthy choice up until now, she's not corrupted enough to go further in whatever adventure she gets into. Sophia is willingly engaging with some rather young characters--it doesn't get much worst then that if you are that corrupt. So AWAM has devolved from a game to a kinetic story.
As to who is first. How about who should have been first say a year ago. Some will say I'm off in the weeds, but the answer is Sam. Now I have no special interest in the Sam route, but the route {Way, way, Wayyy back) had all the elements for Sam to have been the first. You had a Sophia reliving bits and pieces of her younger days with a boy she wishes she had met when she was of that age. Then you have all Sam's character traits as a talented musician and last an unassuming and 'cute' personality that appealed to Sophia. Add that Sophia like most women doesn't have much self-control and her passions can get the best of her.
But according to the current dynamics the first would be Tyler. Instant chemistry where things could have gotten way out of hand upon their first meeting. Some would say Dylan but there still is that mother/son thing getting in the way; until Sophia can look past that fact and see Dylan as a male, Dylan will not be the first. Let's just say nature has it a mother will always be a mommy bear and be more protective of their children. Yes, the locker room with Ellie contradicts my observation--but first the whole thing was so poorly done and so rushed any and all plausibility of a developing story just fails. Second all the lead up to that even was thrown out the window and since Lesbian points could have been earned in the course of the game, it implies a player needed only collect x many lesbian points while still needing Y filthy points to take on a lover. Thats bad game mechanics.
I'll wager within 6 hours of this post of mine someone is going to say well its porn logic... so many elements are so outrageous it doesn't matter... plausibility and realism was lost years ago...etc... etc. And that is where L&P has been making his biggest mistakes because the strength of the storyline mimicked closure to reality then most games. L&P who started with a solid start of the game, great character development, generalized reality and plausibility, great renders and art, good story and plot has turned a top 10 game into your average run of the mill games near undistinguishable from the next.
Now regarding your questions:
