Not really , If u talk about from 2nd part , maybe you are correct but at the beginning of the game in Part1, her face and breast were better. Now she looks like doll generated by AI, even the hair is like crap. He waste too much space and time on bigger reso , rendering better graphics instead to develop faster updates more story - his focus is onto meaningless bullshit. I mean game size is 10+ gb because of fucking ultra HD .jpg's.
To me and for other smart ppl, it was nothing wrong with the old graphics from day 1 to lets say day 9. After he changed that bullshit rendering in higher resolution, he just made yet another excuse to delay everything else. The models , pictures at the beginning were nice, they was not outdated (like RenPy early 2014/15 era with film grain and washed bleached crap or low reso backgrounds) - that was just another excuse to prolong milking.
