I have seen so many people (including myself) complain about this slow moving game. Yet, everytime there is an update, everyone downloads to check the new scenes. Mainly because of sunken cost fallacy. We already invested too much time and like okay fuck it, let me download and see the one new scene. Game has no hope of rapid progress at this rate. But all hope is not lost. I think the biggest change is going to come from AI. Its getting lot better these days and given how many renders we have for each character, its very easy to create not just additional images but whole video/movie. So thats the positive note I want to leave it out here.

Was recently browsing thru chats in another forum and your quote was damn near similar to what someone else posted about pro wrestling fans......especially that wwe crap. The quote was that they are "Bitchin, whining and moaning yet these "drones" keep supporting the product."
Still love this game however, because of Patricia and Sophia and those two college guys from the museum at the very beginning. Thought maybe Patricia could have corrupted Sophia into debauchery behind her family's back. Yup, Mom/NTR at it's finest!
When starting fresh in in part 2, is there a guide which explains what selections enable and disable content?
I don't know what is enabling or disabling the laundromat scene for example. I've both gotten it and not gotten and i don't know why. Same for the scene with Sam's Mom.
In fact, it seems to be mostly the Dylan scenes that are confusing and random, because the questions pretty much all relate to Sophia, not Dylan.

There are better 3rd party counterparts. This game is dead.
Only problem is not games, kinetic novels. I think anyone with any skill whatsoever could make a better version that is a game.
Are you talking about the one animation with the 2 different angles of view? Do you know that every other popular game got over 5-6 animations per update?

Maybe if this is true could L&P be hiding in plain sight metaphoric warnings within the story to the players...
First the 2nd side Job is the hook that brings in the innocents, and like a drug dealer he gives small doses to hook the player over time, leaving the player chasing the original high that dangles just out of reach until after much time elapsing:
We have the 1st Side job as the conclusion, and shows how the innocent will look before what they came to see will occur... Dried and empty husks, shadows of their former selves... or like myself if the estimates are correct and the games finish is 2040.. I will be probably dead in the ground...
