The "two different approaches" thing is interesting. Someone might think something to do with Neil and Liam's boss for cDylan's path, but L&P has already pretty much ruled that out, so I'm not really sure what he means by that.
It's noticeable that L&P is putting a lot of hype into this event (even assuring that things -plural- will happen that haven't happened in the game yet), but I hope he doesn't end up shooting himself in the foot, because anything less than a BJ scene could be a bit... disappointing.
Also, the fact that he uses the term "lasciviousness" suggests to me that the whole sex-ed thing might be coming to an end, or at least it would be an excuse to start the scene but be quickly dropped. And that would make sense, because in the scene on the way home there was no sex ed, it was one of pure taboo, even Sophia dropped that initial little role play pretty quickly.
Anyway, this is all just theory.

The phone call at the end of the last event and the decision the player makes in response make the difference.
Either Sophia decides to cancel the meeting with Patricia because Liam has guests or Sophia meets Patricia and the boys at the museum and Liam is left with beer and chips.
