not sure how good it is but I know I used to use gimp when I tried my hand at modding Fallout 4 since I didn't have photoshop and had alot of the same tools.

There is a plugin for gimp that makes it look like photoshop but I have never tried it but that might help you to make it easier to work with for you.

you're welcome and thanks for posting the photo gotta try it myself now. I've allways been struggling with the gimp ui, but fought through it anyway because reasons.
