To be honest, I expected some kind of development. At the beginning of the story, the main character suffers from premature ejaculation. It would be possible to connect these hypnotic videos and develop them to some kind of domination and humiliation of the wife along with her black lovers over her husband. To connect some friend of his wife in the role of a therapist, who in hypnotic sessions did all sorts of dirty tricks with the main character, which he would not remember later. Some kind of cuckold adventure against his will. In short, it is necessary to add spice to what turns the players on. And ordinary cheating has been banal for a long time. There is no way Chis would sabotage his own business to just fuck the wife of an average guy, that just got his first job, a couple more times. He already fucked her 3 times, if it's just about sex he'd be better off with letting the MC generating profit and call in some escort girls with the money.
Make the MC unimportant, the wife's corruption happens to just get to her mother, and the MC got only cought up in it. The MC's mother (and propably more characters related to him) was only brought in to put more pressure on the MC and he can no longer put his full attention on interfering with what the shady guys have planned for the wife.

Honestly MC has been a cuck from the start. He's never actually done anything to stop any of the stuff that's happening to his wife or mom. With all the evidence he has he could have gone to the police by now with Samiul admitting to drugging and sexually assaulting multiple women, including his wife. It's kind of hard to take Samuil serious now.
He can no longer blackmail the wife and he dropped the romance approach for the mom, his only options are now drugging and/or raping both. He can now hardly be called a dominant character since both actions are more a result of desperation.
He even openly admitted that the picture of the wife with the facial cumshot was an old one and he didn't do anything with her recently.
The wife's "flashback" of her sucking Rick's dick was probably just a dream of her what she imagined what could have happened.
The big announcement for "see what happens if the wife finds out that the MC cheated on her" came down to "has the MC told Rick about cheating on his wife or not at the bar", and just changes the text from:
Wife: "No."
to:
Wife: "No..." "I don't want to touch your cock that is bigger than my husband's..."
edit: there was also that section where the wife's bestie writes the MC that his wife contacted her this morning (yes, the morning after she "lost" her phone at work the night before) that she complained about not being satisfied in bed with the MC.
The MC isn't mentioning that the wife lost her phone and couldn't have contacted her, and even after the Bestie shows the screenshots of their chat the MC doesn't have any reaction about the bestie recommending the wife to cheat on the MC openly in the chat.
edit2: sorry for the harsh truth, just wanted to point some things out the dev/author should take into consideration when writing the story.
The tricky part about storytelling that is solely transported through conversations is that you don't have just to consider the things that are told but also the things that aren't mentioned.

Sorry, i don't consider the parts of the player intentionally picking the self-cucking-choices for the MC (where the wife ends up in the bedroom after the party, and telling Rick about the MC had cheated on his wife) as intentionally story relevant.
Despite that have i already criticized a good portion of how the MC is acting, or rather the lack of actions, in previous posts and didn't wanted to write it again to prevent me from sounding like a broken record.
