I love how most of the time when a game has "wife" in the title it's 100% NTR lol. not that I hate it, I just find it ironic.

Is there an NTS route in the game, if I keep choosing the confidence options will Liam want to see Emily start doing stuff with other guys? Or is the only way she does stuff when he gets angry with her so she cheats?

In my path she has not been with other guys yet... as mentioned above here .... do you have to go the pissed off route for that ?

used hard one on a fresh download it unlocked the gallery and there one video of her with another guy naked on bed no sex.

It kind of feels like no matter what choices you make the game is just going to push her into cheating, even on the confidence route Luna is still trying to cause friction to get Emily to do stuff with a black guy, like lying about telling Emily about the meet up, then trying to kiss Liam and now she's sending him pictures of herself in lingerie
Bro out of subject but I gotta ask you something.. Is this game short or normal? I mean , why any game designer doesnt add to his name (playing time)?.. If I'll play just 10 minutes, then it's not to worth it.. But I cant be sure about that..

I can't really comment as it's the only porn game that uses real images and videos that I've played, and to be honest I can't say I'm impressed

It's just because something absolutely unexpected happend. Even oracular never saw this coming...Has a bug. After the last conversation about meeting with Luna for Cinema...MC`s Phone popped up and won t disappear...it stays mid-screen till the End. If you are on the "loyal Wife" path...some Dialogue doesn t make sense. MC didn t get into a fight (on loyal path) with his Wife...although hes talking about it and apologises for a fight.Why? For what reason?Also where is an explanation why Wifey had to leave the Restaurant without her Hubby (he stays with Rachel for....reasons...again "loyal path") and what was Lunas problem??? What was the reason for Wifey for leaving Hubby alone and going over to Lunas?

Is not short. Not at all.
But like the other user told you, unusual game (not originally).
Characters never are showed in the screen. 50% dialogues are phone message, 49% you only see the location, only 1 pic all along (living, bedroom, restorant...) chat involving 1, 2, 6, 20 or more but nothing change, you keep seen the background.
Last 1% real porn vids 5/10 seconds but heads off screen and not even 1 is hot.
Your choice.

If you watch carefully, you can see that in the latest update is none pic of wife created with AI as it was in previous updates/chapters, just some random pics that never shown her face. I take that current development team no longer have access to create any AI art which looks similar to previous one. Just my personal observation.
