If you dont like the NTR in the branches cause of bug just press end route. BUT anyways i thought i could save niece by punching paul and getting the phone. but in my second run i didnt get that option at all. instead the route got me seduce his wife? and turning Paul into Paul(a) im so confused

Is it normal that in older saves the mother is not available but the sons grilfriend and on the other hand the girlfriend just disapears i do have the mother on newly stated games? is there a way to add the mother back into the game later ?

Yes, Kirely, Hearth, Lena and Julia romance are Alpha route exclusives, also Paul(a). You won't even get the Julia #2 branch when MC adds Julia in the Cuck route after he made the deal with sending his wife and her sister to Paul.
With the v0.4.7 rework a couple of choice have been changed to default picks to match the other branches in the route you are playing.
Alpha routes always end up with MC punching Paul to get Julia, wife always quits job and her contact to Jenna, MC's mother branch just vanishes when the NTR would kick in (this branch has no alpha content at all in which MC is able to protect her by adding her himself)
The Cuck routes only give the option to go XY App or end the branch early with the option to give up on Julia.
The Sissy route always picks to give Julia up by default since the FemMC branches would be conflicting/confusing the players even more.
Add Wife + gym NTR off -> Alpha Route with Wife, Paul(a) branch and Niece romance branch, Hearth/Kirely/Sola branches
Add Wife + gym NTR on -> Cuck Route with Wife (most content), FemMC branches, No Niece #2 branch even after adding her to the app through the Wife+Paul choice, future Wife+Paul content possible on how the branch ends (to get to the newly added v0.5.0 FemMC content you've to refuse to Paul's deal when he requests the MC's wife and her sister)

"no Add Wife's Sister" content only works with the "no Add Wife" route since it requires "Wife not added step 48" to trigger.
I'm struggling to find which choices get me to the new femdom content, which choices do I need?

Created something tonight. It is fairly basic. It answers alot of the questions we have been seeing on here, even by myself, as of late. It is by no means comprehensive. Anyone with a good grasp feel free to peruse it, update or correct it.

Its available on Cuck route, maybe pure cuck route and not fem MC one as I looked into some media content and all are showing MC as a man.
Does anyone have a complete guide on all possible scenarios? Maybe the author himself posted such a guide?I've found some guides here, but they're very short.
Isn't the Wife + Son path also bugged? Son seems to get a feminization point in the intro and then the wife+son doesn't start. I have tried to change the spam settings, but always the same end result.

I am currently on the cuck branch, not paying debt. MC and Salim not paying debt branch is on step 4, but the wife and Salim branch is stuck on Step 0. Says 0 days, switch to wife's phone. But no message is delivered.

It's not bugged. The branch was never adapted for a noaddwife option. So you can't continue it.
