This would need a lot more regular content and far clearer choices with warnings to ever be considered "ntr-or-not".
Multiple girls for the MC don't do much for players that don't want to see their wive hopping from dick to dick. Likewise, a reversal ending wouldn't suddenly undo all the cucking that happened before.
Players that aren't into NTR would never play long enough to see it and those that are into being cucked would have no use for the ending.
Tl;Dr - It's a confusing mess, what to play, what to avoid, what to pause, how to pause, etc. It's a mass of routes/storylines which just start in the morning or when you enter someone's phone...
The content isn't the problem (too much), rather the execution is lacking in terms of "ntr vs dom paths".
Edit: On further thought it's probably just the flavour of the game. Even if you don't give the command from the app, the mc's obvious interest/eagerness to have the women be with other men is annoying to read. No choice to say "Fuck that, she is mine", no dom MC flavor text at all.

It's a design problem mostly. The other stuff is pretty easily avoidable, but it's neither clear nor seemlessly integrated into the interface to be obvious.
Content-wise too, there's a lot of mc focused content, almost equal to ntr-type content.
Ofc puritan ntr-haters will not accept that, but those left at the nt tag without even reading the r
But the remaining players are ppl who are ok with a little danger in a ntr-or-not game could enjoy it still.
Like the wife-jenna route I played to the end(well far enough) to the choice that would lead to ntr without her being unfaithful (despite being bombarded by bbc pics) & easily closed it.
The wife job route was easy too, make her quit & avoid the route.
(Ofc I've talked about problematic routes before, saw a few more playing after that)
But the utilisation of variables & execution of the routes, character development of
wife & mc most/many characters, etc. All could be improved, especially given how the default flavour without any variable checks is bbc ntr voyuerism.
I saw potential in the content, why I gave feedback.
But it'll need a cleanup of the code & better implementation of the game routes & choices, which I don't see happening sadly.
I can easy play the MC focused content & avoid all actual ntr content while getting anything I feel is ok (talking & corruption of wife by the other girls but without her actually touching another guy). But I peeked the code & know exactly how to go about it & what to avoid.
You can pause any quest, but overall clarity of the feature & the quests/routes are still lacking.
A revamp could fix it, but the dev doesn't even change the previous version apps to be consistent with the later app mechanics... Yeah, not optimistic about it.
Actually making it into a better game instead of the current mismash of routes, updates & unused variables would fix the problem easily.
