i have a strange problem
i downloaded v 0.6 but when i started i still have the content for0.55
i downloaded normal and compreset version
downloaded the update only but its steel only content for 5,5 on the folder wisps 0,6 , in game changer are the old for 0,55
tried a new game

Sound like a well working team if all it takes for them to abandon ship is a temporary pause in funding. Like bruh. Do you spend ALL your monthly income to pay them? Really? You can't absorb any loss to keep the people before your supporters move to another platform?
But then again based on the mess the game is in, its no surprise the boss can't manage for shit.

Several other developers lost their patreon accounts and all claimed they would find a way to continue. Most of them quit not long after, only two switched to other platforms and actually kept going (and one was more of a modder than developer). Money is a major motivator which comes as a surprise to nobody, so when the money is gone suddenly, only the most passionate are going to keep working after that.

To be fair employees ARE expensive. Don't know how much money they got from supporters and how many people worked on the game. Assuming that they worked officially and legally (i.e. paid taxes) depending on their country it could be a few thousand dollars /month or even way above 100k for a single decent dev. Some of my colleagues in California get close to 200k.
Of course it's highly unlikely that they got anywhere close or that the devs of this game are as skilled. But yeah wages are typically one of the biggest cost factors of any business.

Even if someone does give you a save, you can't use it.

Could've been some interesting twists and turns in there.

The closest is that the next update will not include Fem MC or Sissy MC updates because those won in his supporter polls too much and he wants to focus on other paths for at least one patch.

Afaik, Patreon banned them. The sudden fall in funding is not being enough to employ the team at full capacity. Adult game devs really need to stop using Patreon from the start.

Praytell, what business doesn't mind if a developer of creative content uses content they don't own in the production? That sounds like something ANY business would take issue with.

Why did everyone like this game so much before? Because Greg's story is at least a story of a young handsome man slowly seducing a married woman, Valerie's boss is also a typical workplace corruption story, Mark belongs to the bar rape type, all of which are some interesting stories, because these stories have at least a gradual progression, rather than the later cheap prostitutes that can be easily fucked by black people just chatting a few words. Although I am not against black NTR stories, the later stories were indeed very boring, and I didn't even want to read them

I think i told him about the problems over a year ago. I was a patreon supporter before it became a "Sandbox" Game. I saw the Poll and i was shooked. Yeah down right to my bones. I couldnt believe that the supportes choosed the Sandbox Style because i knew that this makes Games more grindy and complex. With a few routes IT Kind of Made Sense at the start. But slowly it started to Not make any Sense anymore. Sometimes the wife was fucking Someone already but in the Others parts she still was a loyal wife and the Dialogue started to make less Sense. This Problem got than even worse with each Update. And than it started that the Game was Always Buggy and u couldnt reach some paths. All He needed to do was Like simply planning the Game, maybe dont fucking do more Buggy paths and finally make organised Route and Sorte the fucking Game!!! Literally Nobody could follow the Story in the end. It we're completly different saves Just to See the new Updates and Not a complete story anymore. And WHO the fuck makes 20 new characters in a Update before fixing the old. I Just dont get it.

So daughter and ex-wife are now impregnable, which is the obvious conclusion to most of the characters.

But when it comes to Valerie I have to sit through 20 conversations about how "we'll find a way to make it more interesting!" Homie... the 40th gang bang using the same assets as previous events is not more interesting. The Salim stuff near the end was pretty interesting, or at least started to hint at being interesting. Having the foreshadowed "pill" not be 100% effective and Valerie gets knocked up would be interesting. Valerie fucking a god damn tortoise would be more interesting than the 90th "he brought a friend too!" encounter.

And it's a "Sandbox" but also supposed to be story driven yet there's no player agency at all. "Delete her from the app." Cool, done. Except I can't, because there's no option to. So now I have to sit through 30 more conversations about deleting Valerie from the app.

The Fuckstagram stuff went from hot (older stuff) to basically just useless characters that reuse the same assets that were previously used.

And that leads me to the end-game writing we're in currently. This "team" could write a master class in how to take a character that I would argue was beloved and turn her into a walking neon red flag. Not to mention the absolute need it seems to make sure every form corruption is just blackmail. Like "I'm not coming home until you eat another man's cum out of my pussy" should be met with "Cool, I solved our debt problem by selling all your shit. Have fun out there, fam. I don't negotiate with terrorists."

You know shows that get absolutely batshit at a certain point? It's usually after 4 or 5 seasons. Like the show writers just can't come up with anything meaningful or interesting so they go with a toss up of ideas? Yeah we've passed the point with this game. We're on like season 10 of a game that should have ended in season 3.

Expected but still sad to see this game on hold (edging closer to abandonment). This was my favourite phone game once, but as others has pointed out, turning it into a sandbox was a bad move I think.

I might as well add this to my increasing pile of abandoned games I'd love to see finished!

I think the think that moves them into broken mode though is trying to use the mechanics from a VN (steady progression along branches) instead of switching to stat-driven locks / unlocks (with a few that unlock 'important moments' but only if the other stats line up). Which is just a very different mindset, not just a matter of what variables get tracked. Some games do a great job of it, others trip
