Overview:

Pretty good content for a first release. Keep up the good work!
As said, this is more a femdom than a futadom game.

I like what there is so far, and I'm interested in seeing this expanded.

One criticism - the beginning of the game gives us the idea that men and women are totally separate, that women are like an alien concept to our player character. That very quickly disappears, and I didn't really get the sense that the city of women as a whole was strange or mysterious to him. I think it would be a good move for you to lean more on that element for future updates.
