You need to train with Charlotte to go from 250 to 300

How? You can go to her only when she's at her bedroom sleeping or you ask about Queen's games or at Bathroom where you just spy her.

Still, option to continue training with Charlotte does not appear after the bugfix. I saw a new variable "charlottetrainingunlocked" that is enabled but still only get the option to takl about queen's games. Maybe have to sart a new game? Or not having payed the debt?

Where it should appear even? As it's not appearing after bugfix. (Not pay dept is very hard at end game.)

It should be an option in her bedroom if your stamina is still below 300, could someone send a save so I can take a look?

After replacing the index.html you will also need to refresh the page

Use the hotfix from a few posts above (or the main post) and replace the index.html, then refresh, it was a bug

replacing my index with that one, refreshing etc didn't fix it for me. still stuck at 250 and the only option in the bedroom is to talk about the queen's gambit.
