Briefly changes, corrections and work done for the period from 29/10/2020:
- Continued work on finding and fixing bugs
- Added to the game Ateliers, which can be found in the markets and in some areas (see map) and made a new mechanics of repairing things. Repair old things or buy new, the decision, as always, is up to you. But we have tried to keep the advantages of new things over the old.
- Changed the order of the transition between locations in the apartment. The corridor in the list is now everywhere last. That allows you to avoid confusion and quickly leave the apartment.
- Significantly expanded the display of clothing states, making the transition between them smoother.
- Reduced the wear and tear randomness of the clothes. Fixed bugs found in this game mechanics.
- Moved the maid dismissal action to your suggestion.
- We have added offices in the Northern area, you can now find them by going to the Terminal. We also made a new location for the offices, where you can get a job or get to work, if you decide to enter from the location of the city district.
- Fixed the location of the passport office. Now, to change the name for the MC, in the course of the game, has become easier.
- Fixed the taxi and added an opportunity for NPC to offer intimacy, as a payment for the trip (with the high status of the whore and attractive appearance of the MC).
- Made the display of empty bottles, which the MC (homeless woman) can collect on the trash and their impact on her attractiveness and mood.
- Made a bowling location, which is located in the mall (located in the Central District of the city). Prepared it for use on dates with NPCs and for the opportunity to get acquainted.
- Replaced the old sleep mechanics, in the waiting room of the station, with the new one, which was developed for the Airport lounge.
- Made a translation of the City Court location.
- Allocated written by us code of the game from the mother base. The size of the game file was reduced. But now, the project became fully independent both in terms of already created mechanics and in terms of its further development.
- Translated the location of the Registry Office in the Western Area.
- Added an opportunity to pay in a construction store for repairs with a bank card. Also, in the store, made it possible to choose between bank card and cash, if both cases, there is the required amount of money.
- Removed most of the pop-up windows when the work of the MC street prostitute and communication with the pimp.
- Fixed an error with the doctor at the town clinic when he didn't notice that the MC had syphilis.
- Corrected the cost and purchase of prescription drugs at the pharmacy.
- Made a new mechanic of NPCs molesting the MC during a date, which determines the transition to sex locations or moving to locations where sex is possible.
- Reworked the mechanics of riding in a taxi with NPCs and their choice of destination.
- Made the mechanics of women clients on the avenue when the MC works as a street prostitute. The pimp will take an amount equivalent to half of the classics. MC has an opportunity to make a good living at minimal cost, as the clients will be mostly rich, non-dependent women. Whether friendship with them is possible, we think not. Why be friends with something you can buy. Also, the female clients who use MC's services when she works as a street prostitute have their own toys. They can offer to use them to get more of the pleasure they are paying for. Also, the MC can use her own toys, or combine them with NPC toys, to get more interaction options with them. We made an edit to the sex mechanics with the female NPCs, removing most of the pop-ups and re-doing some of the display. We tried to make it more understandable and realistic.
- Reworked the constructor of the male NPC, which required a thorough upgrade to implement a number of new mechanics. Added a separate location in the game, which displays information about the NPC with whom it is possible to get acquainted. Greatly expanded the list of their descriptions. Divided them into three types and now you can meet those who love not only the opposite sex. This brings to the game a new condition, when you can spend a lot of time on the NPC, to understand that sex with this character will not work. Or you'll be surprised when he offers ... to satisfy him (not yet implemented). Also we added a new variable reflecting the NPC's activity, which should replace the three types of character and influence the behavior of the NPC during dating and intercourse. This allows us to get a more realistic model of behavior. NPCs are divided into four categories based on their financial character. Each category will have a different level of intelligence, this is a new variable that is well established in female NPCs and affects the results of communication. For example, if an NPC's intelligence level is higher than that of the MC, they may shy away from questions about marital status and rummage. On the contrary, they may admit that they are not single and offer the role of mistress or concubine to the MC. Also, each category has its own requirements for the attractiveness of the NPC. The more the NPC can afford, the higher his requirements. The starting relationship points for all categories are about the same and will start to change over the course of communication.
- Corrected the neighborhood walk so that current events are not overlaid on the encountered NPCs. We tried to convey the sense of temporality of the event taking place, when you only notice large details and your brain has not yet made a decision to react to them or not. Essentially, if the player is engrossed in another process, such as moving to another area of town and not in the mood to spend time with NPCs, they can easily ignore it and everything will remain in the background as a short line of information.
- NPCs can now ignore the MC not only in the case of low attractiveness, but also if the designer has defined them as indifferent to the opposite sex. But this does not mean that friendship with them is not possible. They just won't show any obvious interest and won't be the initiators of acquaintance. In the course of the game, the MC will still have to encounter such characters. The outcome is not known to us, you make the story yourself.
- When meeting a group of NPCs, we made a mechanic that, based on the base type of NPCs created, generates the missing in number in the group. Now you get complete information about everyone you encounter to make a decision on interacting with that company. Everyone in the company now has their own individual characteristics. It's up to you to choose to focus your efforts on one person or have a nice time with everyone. The number of NPCs in the company to interact with is still limited to five individuals. Here we would like to hear your opinion. How much company would you like to meet on the street? And to what size do you need to increase the number of NPCs for interactions?
- Worked on the mechanics of dating itself, now it can be easily used in any location. For example, stores, exhibitions, etc. (not yet implemented). Removed pop-ups and made it more understandable. Removed the exchange of phones with the group, when the MC was choosing a boyfriend blindly. In case of acquaintance with the company of NPCs, you will be able to exchange phones with someone you like only as a result of further interaction.
- Reworked interaction with drunken NPCs on the street.
- We redid the interaction with the NPCs on the car, who are trying to get the attention of the MC.
- For constant access to information about NPCs, we made a pictogram. Which shows their number and gender. At the bottom, the opening window of the information about the NPC, you can now see the progress of your relationship. The name of the NPC is used to interact with him.
- We also implemented the ability to make notes about some features of NPCs, to make it easier to decide who exactly you want to give preference to.
- Implemented all the innovations for the female NPCs as well. We had to redo the constructor and make new mechanics similar to the male NPCs.
- Made new mechanics of acquaintance with NPCs in establishments
- Reworked drink ordering at the bar in the cafe and nightclub.
- Made mechanics of meeting NPCs on the dance floor. Implemented two scenarios. The first is passive, when the NPCs themselves show their attention or try to interact with the MC. The second active, when the MC looks around, hoping to find a decent NPC to interact with. In the case of a successful encounter, NPCs have the ability to choose the continuation of the event from several options, in order to propose it to the MC. For now, the mechanic is implemented for Cafes and Nightclubs. But it can also be easily used for other institutions, where there will be a dance floor. For example, it can be implemented in a restaurant.
- Made the influence of the dance skills of the MC on the NPC when they meet on the dance floor.
- Starting relationships with NPCs is now set to good, which deprives them of the ability to immediately offer sex. If the behavior of the MC does not inspire confidence and the level of relations below friendly, this probability will be small.
- Reworked the dance floor in the cafe and nightclub
- Adjusted the payment for sex when the MC is not working as a prostitute.
- Completely redid the date at the movie theater.
- We remade the gypsy in the street, which is pretty annoying the way it was. Now she will not pick on you for nothing. She will first scrutinize your appearance and mental abilities. Getting rid of her will not be easy either. Your opportunities and losses when interacting with this character will be determined by your intelligence.
- Made a mechanic that keeps track of the relationship with the MC for each NPC in the group and provides decision-making in the group based on the average value.
- Made the mechanics of interacting separately with each NPC in the company. This adds the ability to change relationships and interact with an individual NPC to the ability to interact with the company as a whole. This adds more options to the dating scenario and makes it less predictable.
- Reworked the mechanics of suggestions from NPCs on a date.
- Fixed the mechanics of interacting with female NPCs on a date and removed the pop-ups. Be careful when dating female NPCs in cafes and restaurants! All the treats you ordered at a table in a cafe or restaurant are now put on your account, which you will have to pay for when you try to leave the establishment. If the order was initiated by an NPC, she will pay for the treat herself. Treats can include alcohol separately. If an order is made for a table, it includes food and alcohol at the same time. You do not have to order anything else. Female NPCs will be able to leave the MC in the establishment if she doesn't like her behavior. In this case, the payment of the bill for the table falls on the MC.
- Now you can at any time of the date to invite a friend to visit her home, if, of course, the MC has a house. The consequences, as always, are not predictable.
- Added options for interacting with female NPCs. They will appear as the relationship develops.
- Made it possible for the female NPCs to invite the MC to visit, when the relationship becomes very hot and needs privacy.
- You no longer have to wait for male NPCs to suggest where to go on a date, now you can suggest it yourself. Be prepared for the fact that NPCs will react negatively if their financial situation does not allow for the wishes of the MC. Also, the ability to visit any institution depends on the time. For example, you can not offer to visit the Night Club in the morning, when it is closed. It will also be impossible to go to the Nightclub when the MC is not attractive. No one cancelled the face control.
