You are using a QSP version that is not compatible with many games made for it. You downloaded the QSP version from the original website [this version has larger-than-normal images], the games use the version made by Sonnix [which contains the images at normal size].
Many developers publish the Sonnix version when publishing their games. QSP 1.9.0 by Sonnix here.
Some bugs strange things (I didn't find another bugreport opportunity so I post it here):
I think an agency didn't do mistakes like this. I mean multiple overlapping schelude (they called me). (Ok. It isn't really a bug but strange)
Also if your try change schelude the offered time format is 8.am. to 5.p.m. (Can't be the regular 8:00 to 17:00? I typed 5 and gets 8.am if I remember correctly)

It's funny because it's 29,445 kg. So the airways search for anorexic stewardesses?

So in essence if you are just starting out the chance of a successful casting is pretty low but he potential rewards are higher in the long term. So it's a case of money now or you are more interested in the longer term potential.
Stewardess - No, if you are in the anorexic category you will fail the medical due to your health (anorexic isn't healthy) Your weight needs to be between 55 and 65.
Driving - As in real life if you are drunk or under the influence of drugs or exhausted your chance of being in an accident is high so just apply reality to the situation and you'll be fine. If you are exhausted you can have an energy drink before driving which will fix the problem. You can get injured but not serious; adding serious injury is something for about_it to consider. Maybe hospital for a few days (longer probably wouldn't be good given it's a game).

There has been no open conversation with MC roommate on this topic. I was going to do it, but I have too many other problems and tasks to deal with right now. It all depends on the NPC's personality type and preferences. In the game, you can assign the “cuckold” attribute to NPCs. Such NPCs will not mind sharing the MC with other NPCs in their presence. However, they may continue to express negativity if the MC cheats on them.

You can do whatever you want in the game. The main driver of an actress's career is her reputation. If you don't pay attention to her career, her reputation will decline and she will be less likely to get any roles or participate in film shoots.
I find an other little 'strange thing'. One of the male neighbor has married status but isn't show with whom are living, not like his spouse where things show correctly. I found it when I tried rename them to look like they are spouses (added a same letter alias as a surname to them (explained: 'Edward B' and 'Lyubava B' and also as displayname 'Edward B neighbor from WD' and his wife 'Lyubava B neighbor from WD' where 'Edward B' has the missing info about his wife somewhy)
