Happens all the time, but you got the order wrong. Put on Steam for that sweet payday, while pretending the game is still in Development.
Take the money and run.
Why wouldn't the Devs put it on sale? It's not like they are dead. Dead games probably go on sale more than games that are still alive.

I'm still hoping and checking for updates every 2-3 months.

The gist, launched on Steam which back then every developer wanted to do to make a lot of money, then immediately and I DO MEAN IMMEDIATLY abandoned the game
That moment when you try to find this game, to see if there's some news since it has abandoned tag, but you don't recall it's name at all... So I just put "Jurgen Klopp f95zone" on google and here I am.

Hi. I downloaded this game for the first time and in the starting everything is inseki not incest. I mean they all are step sister and step mother. Will it automatically get normal or do i have to download the incest patch, and if so can anybody help me as to how can I? thanks.

For any Renpy game, installing the patch usually involves simply unpacking the contents of the archive into the [game folder]\game folder. I don't remember the specifics for this particular case, but usually it's a single .rpy(c) file that needs to be placed in the game folder.
