The castle and town with Cherry should be linked due to how it is conveyed in the over world. It took me awhile to figure out they are two different locations on the map that just happen to be right next to each other. Also it is kinda weird the tower is there with no guard given the guards are loyal to you by the time you capture someone, it would be an opportunity to have a guard rape the queen.

Totally true. Those are features I have planned for later versions, including the ability to send the queen to different locations after you have captured her (send her to the monster cave, have her go to the city and put on public shows, give her to the soldiers, etc.)

I wish I had connected the city and castle maps together before releasing this version, especially now that I know it has caused some confusion.

To make one more update for today, I'll just mention I added a poll on patreon. Anyone can vote here:

You can vote here to decide which character I'll be focusing on finishing their materials first. Anyone can vote in this poll, you don't need to be a patron. (y)

"It would be cool if there was a footjob scene with (character)"
Now THAT's what I like.
It isn't seen that often in games, sadly.
Your art isn't astounding and such, but don't give up, keep working on it and I know it'll be amazing.
I'll give this game a try.
The more footjobs, the better, heh.
Still, hope it won't be the same positions over and over.
Like, you know, have some footjobs from the behind, some foot-fucks, some femdom footjobs and such.
Yes, I am a footjob enthusiast, heh.

Played through some for both the Queen and Kath, really liking what is there so far. I fapped to both. I actually do like the art but the writing is the better aspect. Not really sure how to review porn writing but it's just hot and well done. Exhibitionism is my main fetish and the Kath scenes really nail it, looking forward to what comes next!

Disclaimer - I know the creator well enough to be trusted with previous erotica they wrote. I jerked off to that also. (y)

I liked it, it's a nice first release with a nice unique artstyle. Congrats to the dev!

One thing that I thought was off about it was how there was no art for the sex scenes, the sprites changing expressions and having on/off versions for specific clothing was nice, but it's still missing something that shows the actual sex scene taking place and for me at least, text only doesn't really cut it.
Also, something that I don't know if would be appreciated by the majority but that I would like although it would be kinda hard to implement since you want people to be able to use the same save in next versions, is seeing some more backstory, like how the main character became the "man of the house" in his family or how he met the demon and forged a contract. I also think an anal scene with Kath would be nice.

Haha, hearing this makes me legitimately really happy. Especially the part about wanting to read more of the backstory. There actually is a backstory to Peter and Raptor's relationship -- I consider Peter to be one of the major characters in the game. He's the source of your power, after all. I figured that since this was a hentai game, I would focus on getting the hentai done first and worry about adding the backstory later for the people who cared enough to read it.

But knowing that someone is actually interested makes me pretty enthusiastic.

I totally get what you mean about the sex scenes needing art. That's one of my big plans for later versions. Hopefully it doesn't take me too long to figure out a solution. Thanks greatly for the feedback!

Personally, I'd like more backstory as well with regards to how this pact came to be. It wouldn't be surprising if Raptor's father passing in conflict and having to assume more responsibilities shaped his worldview and made the pursuit of power, no matter the cost or source, seem appealing. Additionally, I'd highly enjoy learning more about the world's lore in general such as the races present given we already know about humans, elves, and demons, geography since exiling the king mentions the harsh jungles of Bemvor, and the other countries as well as their governments.

Of course, I'll admit not everyone would be interested in such content and there are plenty of examples on this forum alone with regards to some people only viewing sex scenes as content while disregarding everything else. Backstory can be shared when appropriate or opportunities to learn more about it made available for players to pursue if they so wish. In a similar vein, sources of lore can be made available for those who desire to learn more about the setting without interfering with the desires of those who just want to view the erotic content.

As for the art, while the current assets are a little rough, they are serviceable at the moment. Given the quality of the writing, you could possibly use an approach like Sierra Lee with regards to The Last Sovereign or Threshold with Monster Girl Dreams. The former just had character sprites for notable characters while all of the scenes were purely text based, although art is now coming slowly.

The latter started off purely text based with in-depth text descriptions for the characters and numerous artists have been commissioned to make sprite artwork for the characters with the same said artists also planned to be commissioned to make the CGs for the erotic scenes once all of the sprite artwork is finished. While it did result in taking time to line up artists given they needed to make art that fit the developers vision as well as be willing to make art depicting sex scenes, the long term results will be art that is consistent for both the sprites and the scenes and by having a number of artists with roughly similar styles by and large, should one artist eventually disappear or be unavailable, the creation of art for the game will not be ruined unlike if there was only a single artist responsible for all of the assets.

This can also tie into the introduction of backstory and lore given both of those titles have potentially relevant approaches such as introducing backstory if it is important, if not critical, to the plot or having items that can be interacted with that can provide some backstory, such as a memento or even a journal that chronicles a few notable events across a few entries that can be selected and read at will. Whereas lore can be handled between information repositories such as a library and/or by conversing with sufficiently knowledgeable individuals and asking for them information.

Thanks! Honestly, the more feedback I receive, the more inspired I will feel to work on the game. I know myself well enough to know this. The amount of work I get done on my previous writing projects, how frequently I updated, was always based on how active the readers were. The best kind of feedback I can get right now is along the lines of:

"I wish there was a catgirl in the game."
"It would be cool if there was a footjob scene with (character)"
"That random NPC at (location) looks good, will there be more stuff to do with her later on?"

These are the kind of remarks I'm going to have in mind when I'm working on versions 0.11 and 0.12
As for this, I'll preface it by saying that I have explored all of the content in the current version including the possible variants. Like with the queen, I explored capturing her and viewing the scene in the tower as well as the various chains in the throne room such as openly NTRing the king as well as making the Queen of Bellute enjoy it both via skill and magic. Ultimately, I went with the chain of options that results in the Queen accepting becoming pregnant and turning her into a Breeder Queen.

This decision is tangentially related and relevant to some of the plot threads you have introduced. Notably, Kirin's quest that involves the Elven village in the forest to the south of the capital city and castle. Given that Kirin is concerned with the lack of sex drive and the gradual extinction of the Elves, that sounds like a perfect opportunity to get involved and make certain that the race, and Raptor's bloodline, endures. Of course, there is another reason to want to get involved. Assuming that this Elven village is a part of Bellute, then gaining and ensuring the loyalty of this village to their new king would be a wise decision with regards to maintaining the overall stability of the kingdom as well as strengthening the control of the new sovereign over his domain.

That said, this would conflict with Peter's desires at first glance as it would not be causing destruction and, depending on interpretation, would not ruin Human society in a traditional sense. The latter could be met in a way if the long term implications of this resulted in a less homogeneous, but still stable, society that featured more involvement from the Elves. However, there is another issue that would also require immediate attention and that would be the monsters in the mountains and caves to the southeast. Fortunately, at the moment, this is a rather open option given what type of monster or monsters these are was not specified. I'll admit if they were male, or mostly male, monsters I'd probably be more inclined to put them to the sword while if they were of a type of monster more traditionally viewed as female or even all female such as Lamia, Harpies, or Arachne, I'd most certainly try to recruit them.

The latter option would be another less traditional form of "ruin" to human society as it would just be changing the composition of the kingdom again and possibly introducing exotic goods for commerce. As for destruction however, such a notable and open shift could be viewed as an abomination by certain other kingdoms or even outright heretical for a theocratic nation or other highly religious kingdom, especially if said religion posited that monsters of any variety are the personification of evil to be destroyed at all costs. That could result in Peter getting the destruction he wants via war and more traditional ruin of other human societies as well.

So as a TL;DR for future content, my immediate concerns and focus would be on the Elven village and monster nest to the southeast as those two elements could represent an immediate, and possibly existential, threat to the latest dynasty to assume the throne of Bellute. There is also the mage stronger than Merlin since he was stated to be the second strongest in the kingdom, not including Raptor. But, it wouldn't surprise me if that mage was an Elf, so that'd possibly be two birds with one stone. If not, while this individual would be the third major focus, the currently known information doesn't provide as much in the way of clear goals to pursue beyond neutralize this threat by one means or another whereas the Elves and monster nest are problems that already have elements that are less nebulous in nature.

Apologies for the massive wall of text, but I do hope that you find this at least a little useful, MoriAPC.

More than a little useful, that is some GREAT feedback! Thanks a lot L30

I read through everything you posted, and it's really cool to me how much you seemed to pick up on the lore and read into things. By the way, if you didn't do it already, you can check the bookshelves in Raptor's room for some additional "hidden in plain sight" lore.

Now without spoiling too much I'll give back some of my thoughts off the top of my head after reading your post:

* There are consequences to certain actions that you take. After conquering the kingdom, for example, the Prince will show up after a certain amount of time and try to avenge his mother/father. If you befriend the monsters, monster hunters will start coming after you.

* Using the monsters is going to be a really direct way to cause absolute chaos to the kingdom. To the point where soldier NPCs guarding Shiny City and Horn Village will later be replaced by monsters that just constantly raid and attack the humans.

* The Village of Elves is part of Bellute, but I probably won't add much to it for at least the next few updates.

* Regarding the most powerful Mages, that actually refers specifically to the most powerful "human" Mages. There is one with more raw power than Merlin who will challenge you later on. Additionally, Merlin is not out of the picture yet. Notice how he disappears during the throne room scene? Let's just say, later on, you're going to learn the difference between Merlin with time to plan vs Merlin being caught off guard.

* Lastly, with regards to Peter... you don't have to worry TOO much about disappointing Peter, since he actually has a really good relationship with Raptor. However, Peter's boss is another story. There's a demon named Meradis who will inevitably appear in the game and she can cause some serious hell for Raptor if she thinks he is doing too much lovey-dovey stuff and not causing enough serious evil.

Here's a design of her I was working on a week or so ago. She's one of the Queens of Hell, and more powerful than any of the human mages in Bellute.

Meradis1.png

It's also interesting that you mentioned some text based games. I was originally going to make this a text based game as well, but I decided that the ability to move around the map to different locations added so much to the game that I really wanted to include maps.

You're welcome, glad that you found it useful. I did check the bookshelves and read the three volumes of books on Sotogawa as well as the books dedicated to Alchemy, Military Strategy, and the Knights' Code. A long history with RPGs informed my actions on that front as I'll try to talk to any NPC and examine any item or facet to see if it reveals any information or gives some money or an item. Other experiences and knowledge similarly influenced my reading into events, even if potentially inaccurate, as well as paying attention to the details and information currently available, never know when some seemingly insignificant fact or piece of information could be important or useful.

I'll admit I already knew about the prince after looking through the variables and switches of my save files to make certain that I viewed everything. I currently have a PrinceTimer of 5, so I am expecting to deal with that issue sooner rather than later. But since he is coming at Raptor, there was less of a need to chart the course for future actions unlike more unpredictable elements like the wild monsters.

There is also the other royal heir of course, since the Queen's scenes do make a point of mentioning her two children, but that is another somewhat unknown variable given they may not actually be in Bellute since they could have been married off to the heir of another kingdom as part of some treaty or pact. That does seem unlikely given the king's exile scene mentions that no one, not even his children, came to see him off which implies that both children are in Bellute. However, better to leave the possibilities open in order to plan accordingly than make incorrect assumptions.

Yeah, I'll just cross that bridge once those options are added since the type of monsters will decide whether or not I'll attempt to ally with them. So right now, the monster hunter outside the cave and the rest of the organization and the wild monsters have an equal chance of me siding with them.

As for the Elves, no rush there and I do imagine it will be a fair amount of work given you'll have to make more maps as well as assets for any notable NPCs, but I admit that I'll be looking forward to when they finally arrive. Kirin did sell that content well and make it sound like a great place to visit and secure.

Ah, that does further complicate the issue if that list of most powerful mages applies strictly to humans. And of course, I assumed that Merlin would cause trouble later given he was not ultimately dealt with on screen. While I also consider Merlin another dangerous threat, Raptor's ego when dealing with Merlin with his thoughts of how taking Merlin down should be easy with his magic, how guys like Merlin are nothing, and stating that he was a pushover after being hit with several status effects suggests that Raptor does not share the sentiment and may not initially be driven to expend the effort to finish the job.

So tracking down and eliminating the threat Merlin poses through one means or another did not seem like a good recommendation ultimately since it seems at odds with the current characterization of Raptor. Now, if we can encounter some hint of Merlin's planning and preparation before he strikes, it may make a little more sense to track down the mage before he finishes his preparations and launches a counterattack, especially if discussing the hints found with Peter makes it clear that Merlin could actually be a legitimate threat and should not be allowed to finish his preparations.

Glad to hear that it sounds like the relationship between Peter and Raptor is quite solid, it's never a good idea to upset and highly offend the source of your powers. Meradis looks good based on the general attributes that design represents. Also sounds like a major threat that would need to be dealt with, more so for the moderately evil playthroughs that do some good in the process than the pure evil runs. That said, Raptor's ambitions will probably extend that direction regardless given the ego shown thus far, so finding some way to bind her and enlisting Peter's aid or convincing him to help for such an end could be an enjoyable quest fraught with peril.

It's also interesting that you mentioned some text based games. I was originally going to make this a text based game as well, but I decided that the ability to move around the map to different locations added so much to the game that I really wanted to include maps.
Nothing wrong with that if it fits your vision for the game and makes it more enjoyable, both to work on for you and to play for users. As for those titles with a greater focus on text, they do represent a nice parallel arc and show ways to develop the game by focusing on the elements you can handle and creating a solid base to work from given those works are transitioning from ones with purely textual scenes or being text based games to ones with art assets to accompany the scenes and further enrich the title.

Thank you once again for reading and engaging with the community, MoriAPC.

Switch to rpgm mv and use portraits other people made like the last sovereign. That seems to be the standard for writers who can't art.
No text skip key and the button used for reading dialogue automatically selecting a choice is pretty bad.

Your work looks really good Dihyah

I'm flattered to be receiving fan art at all.

I sent you a private message regarding my art plans for the game.

No text skip key and the button used for reading dialogue automatically selecting a choice is pretty bad.
I was talking to one of my friends about this just earlier today. I agree, it's something I need to fix.

MoriAPC In case the tags that this thread is using (incest, slavery and incest) are also content in your game...Patreon will force you to remove that or shut you down if they find out and you refuse to obey. You may fly under the radar for quite a while since you just started but it's very likely to happen.

The game Lilith's Throne is a good example cuz the creator had to move to Subscribestar after Patreon gave a warning plus demanding that stuff has to get removed from the game and the dev wasn't willed to do that.

I don't host or advertise any objectionable content on patreon, and I don't have any intention of breaking their terms of service. It's merely a place where people can connect with me on discord and vote in character polls.

Patreon didn't seem to have any problem with my page when I sent in my application. It's possible they might try to shut me down later, or even succeed, but I can worry about that when it happens. Money is not my goal. It's useful to have a page that I can link people back to aside from saying 'hey go search this thread on f95 zone' but at this point the reality is that my game is more self published on f95 zone than anything else.

(And the response here as been great. Even if I never see a dime from this place I'm still happy with the fact that thousands of people have viewed this thread and we've got a discussion going on this game I made!)

The art is amateurish but has potential to grow.
It's better than the 90% default setting unmodded HoneySelect lazy bullshit we're fed.
I'll keep an eye on this one, I wish you the best of luck.
I advise removing incest for Patreon, make them all unrelated by default that can easily be altered.
E.g. you want to call Actor 1 (\n[1] text command) as mother or stepmother.
So create Actor 2 and name it as stepmother by default, whenever you refer to her it'll be \n[1] is my \n[2] (Actor 1 is my stepmother).
An incest patch will save you a lot of hassle in future as all you have to do is rename the Actor 2 to mother so \n[1] is my \n[2] becomes "Actor 1 is my mother".

Okay I've played through this once, here's my feedback:
First off, the art has a weird kind of charm, but definitely has room for improvement. Whether you decide to go with another artist, or learn how to draw better, it's up to you, but I appreciate the effort.
There isn't much in terms of content yet, but I like what I've seen so far.
There are minor typos (I don't think you meant "fluffling?") but nothing immersion breaking.
Other people have already pointed out the interface issues with regards to the dialogue and the map of the town/castle. I have some more specific complaints about the location maps, but most of them would go away once you add more content. But! The default walk speed on RPGM is slow af, and since there doesn't seem to be any combat so far, you need to give the option to walk faster/fast travel. Or at least, travel via menu while we're still in the alpha state. Having to watch the MC walk slooooooowly across a big old empty map is frustrating.
How do you get the pregnant scene with the queen? I have her in the tower now, can you have sex with her again after that?

My suggestions:
1. Definitely make the incest optional. I'm neutral on the fetish, but I know that keeping it in your game will ensure that you will get booted off Patreon. I'd rather see you make some money off this, as this doesn't seem to be a quick cash grab. I would recommend you remove all mentions of incest in the base game, and have an "Incest Patch" hosted elsewhere that your Patreon page won't mention at all. It sucks, but we have to play by the rules.
2. Add a catgirl, and maybe another kind of monster/demon girl. Maybe a cow-girl? Those are easy ways to put in some furry-lite content without alienating too much of the furry haters. Again, I like this project's direction, and I would like to direct some furry $$$ towards you.
3. You definitely have the right idea about making gore, fetishes, and other stuff optional. You may want to run a poll on what fetishes people want to see included, and use that as a guide when writing.
4. On the other hand, it's frustrating to see all these NPCs that don't even have repeating dialogue when you talk to them. Really breaks the immersion.

Overall, I like the game, and I see its potential. Can't wait for the next update!
