One man was chosen as the best candidate to carry out this task.
The hero of the story has a special ability to power up the opposite sex.
He is hired as a teacher by the state for his abilities.
But the time limit is " 2 weeks".
He has to raise the girls to be brave in 2 weeks.​

Are there time limits? Or is time advanced by the will of the protagonist so to speak?

Like going after the final battle in most RPGs is "time-sensitive", but only if you initiate it.

I can't progress further than the 4th floor. Will just wait for the save of the gallery if the gallery even exists.

Game is probably broken. The stairs to the 5th floor aren't reachable. I guess you can just grind the 4th floor and do regular classes to level and see if you can beat the time limit boss.

I have been looking for a switch or something on the 4th floor. You can go diagonal as far as movement but more space is needed and I don't know if you can go through corner spaces that way. Either way can not make it through
