It begins by showing you good quality 3D character renders throughout the intro/character creation, which takes about an hour.

It offers you a myriad of options, both physical and psychological - it even does one of those pop psy tests-, and once you're excited about the possibilities it rewards you with...

Yet another sandbox with the most generic 2D drawings and no art for the sex scenes: they're just a collection of buttons where you select what you're supposedly doing, paired with the unfriendliest UI ever.

The character creation doesn't seem to mean a thing either: I created a character with low libido and then got a warning about being desperate for sex like 1 or 2 days into the game, and I couldn't get rid of it by masturbating.

I had to fuck 3 strangers in order to take care of it, because NPCs suck at using that awful sex system and they'll cum 3 times while your orgasm meter is still below 25%.

My character was also freaked out by a molester on the bus, but was willing to fuck with the first dog that appeared on the street. I don't mean that as an insult to the NPCs: I mean a literal dog.

Normally I tell people to give it a try and see if there's something they like, but in this case I don't feel comfortable with that, seeing how the quick start mode is forcefully disabled, so there's no way to skip the hour-long intro.

The game also features a mess of code, which makes normal variable editing unnecessarily convoluted.

This game is the definition of form over function: lots of fancy text and window effects with nothing but disappointment beneath the surface.

The game is definitely interesting as a concept but its way too difficult to get to any interesting content. Character creation alone can take almost an hour, I'm here for fap worthy content, if I wanted a boring life simulator I would go play the sims

Bogged down by so many features and minutiae that don't actually have much depth or effect on the game. It's been around for years and there is still barely anything to do. Also, the intro with making burgers is obnoxious and annoying to go through every time you start a new game. It's not funny at all and the dev made that part unnecessarily elaborate for the lulz or whatever when it's nonsensical.

Since people already pointed out other issues, I'll add that the writing in general is really bad and a slog to read. The dev has a weird and overly verbose writing style. I can deal with a lot of text but the writing is clunky and pretentious. It takes forever to get to the point and needs major revision.

I love this game, sometimes might be a bit luggy, excpecially when you are playing with cheats, but its ok.
I am absolutely in love with characters visulising feature, but face parts could be better then they are for now.

It's a fun game with many features and kinks, as of where the version stands I'd say it's pretty good, the development is a bit slow but the content and fixes that comes with each update is a pretty good amount overall. All in all its a great sandbox game so far and I'm excited to see where it continues to go.

You have to endure long loading times, pointless waits for text to appear that don't even have performance effects. Destructive badend mechanism. Empty plot performances, restricting huge mechanisms. It's hard to have fun even with cheat mode. This game is neither fun nor pornographic.

This is a perfect example of adding too much, I feel. This project has many aspects I would love, marred by too many bugs, menu's and...too much.

What I find worse, is that, several basic options require having played the game before to unlock. (Talking about the quick starts)

I would say it has potential, but almost the entire thing needs to be re-worked at this point, due to more and more content being added without enough bug fixes.

The design violates the unspoken golden game rules:
1 Make it simple:The optimal amount of parameters a players can track without discomfort is less than 7.
2 Make it work:Make existing functions work properly before adding new ones.
So in order for you to play this game properly you have to be on a level of a trained astronaut with cheat, or have a patience of a monk.

Great concept and I love the open world but it's been a buggy mess since the beginning. Under development for going on 6 years and there are still save breaking bugs that force you to restart. Even using cheats the energy and fatigue system has always been annoying.

For so many years, making the game simply unplayable is still worth trying. When I downloaded this GAME for the first time, I was shocked by so much information and text at the beginning of the game itself. I can't even call this game. The coolest thing here is character creation. So many details are written, it's cool but the rest of the content is just terrible. Again you need to click, click, click, click, click many times to go to the main plot. The very mechanics of the game, the interface, mini-games are generally trash. I don’t know what the developer was counting on by adding unnecessary 99% of the content to the game

This game shows the limits of Twine as the basis of your game. It also shows the reasons why you should concentrate on creating an operating framework before you start adding content.

Accidental Woman in its ideal form is a game I would probably spend days to weeks playing. Only the character creation comes close to providing a worthwhile experience. Even then , the game is marred by the limits of Twine as well as bad code and terrible UI. Outside of character creation, the game basically doesn't work and hasn't worked for years. I cannot understand how this hasn't been addressed. I really cannot.

It seems the author is somehow adding content to the game, but the bad UI and massive load of bugs completely have prevented me from accessing it. They seem to be content with pushing a load of advertising for an inherently busted product instead of fixing the game so that it can be experienced.

Years ago, I thought that Accidental Woman was a promising start, especially with the boasts made by the dev. I haven't thought that in quite some time.

This game had an amazing amount of promise when it started. Actually creating your character is pretty ok. I'm not exactly sure what happened but at this point the game is a mess with little hope of salvation. Very buggy with a dev more interested in adding complexity than actually making a fun game.

Though I like many aspects and features of Accidental Woman, there's so much packed into the game, the UI is cumbersome and stuff it very difficult to find. Many bugs. Clothing is bugged massively. Not only for not appearing on paperdoll correctly, you'll leave the house fully clothed, go to the mall and buy something, next thing you know yoy're arrested for streaking. ???
Does ThaumX fix these bugs? No, ThaumX has been obsessed for at least the last 5 updates making guys with tits content. (Ted reference)
Do I think such content is out of line for the story? No, you've experienced the bad(?) end of a science experiment, anything goes, but come on man... please fix the bugs and make stuff easier to find. Also, whether you do the deed by choice or not, no one waits to get back home to pull their pants back up.

Thaumix was "going to show us how its done" lol. You showed us alright. Years in development and still just a buggy mess with no meaningful story. I had high hopes for this game as the concept is quite good. Maybe one day someone will pick up the ball and give us a game worthy of this site.

I want to preface this review by saying I really, really, really wanted to like this game it's on the surface everything I like in H-games however the constant bugs makes it infuriating to play along with some dumb decisions on UI stuff.

Setting dates on the calendar for next week instead set for that day this week, trying to do a date at home won't let you go to it without fighting the UI.

There are also other bugs all over the game like at one point one of the shops didn't have a price tag for any of it's items so I just bought every good piece of bimbo clothing for free.

The dating UI and what options to pick to get good results feels random with no observable rhyme or reason, girls will be occasionally called guys and have dicks for certain scenes, dating in general is extremely buggy.

For example I've been wooing one girl quite a bit and building up my relationship with her and it gave me the option to ask her to be my girlfriend, my dom, to move in, ect, I asked her to be my girlfriend which is what the option described it as, and my character asked this girl to MARRY her which wasn't even in the OPTION LIST! So, yeah fun concept shitty game with lots of bugs.


*Edit:* I forgot to mention sex in this game is about as fun as pulling teeth mainly because the UI was badly made, when you want to pick an option you will have several categories of types of actions you can make and picking a category will open up a thin bar containing all your options on the bottom of the screen, in order to pick one you need to move your mouse along that bar and click on the button, BUT if your mouse moves just slightly off that bar for even a second it vanishes and you have to click on the category again.

A Very buggy game and It has a very messy UI. Also the amount of tutorials just to get the game going is a big turn off to the game. I'm only giving it 1 star because the developer has put a lot of hours into this game even though it doesn't work. It is 1 star for effort.

Buggy and with confused direction. Features that have been in the game for over two years are still not working or are unfinished and they're shoving more shit in. Stuff that probably only appeals to a minority of their already niche consumer base.

The UI is so horrendously terrible, that whatever content that can be dredged out of it is not even worth looking for. Trying to navigate the different tabs and buttons on this "game" is like trying to wrestle a bone from a dog's mouth: it's not going to happen.

It is astonishing this has garnered as much support as it does, but I imagine it's a similar story to Star Citizen or Yandere Simulator; good product in the beginning bogged down into development hell by unscrupulous and lazy developers.

I would genuinely rather stub my toe than play this "game" and its comically awful UI.

I regret my time with this game. Give me back my hour wasted on this.

Too much everything = bad game.

I had AAA games starting much faster than this one. Engine is meant to look sophisticated, but they should have stuck to normal HTML.

This game tries so many things in the first hour of play. Romance sim, DMV character creation sim, walmart shopping sim, apartment shopping sim, home decorating sim...each with it's own tutorial you need to read an remember to enjoy the game.

No matter how hard this game tries it can't be what its trying to be. If you want to play what the creators truly envision, just play Sims 4 with Wickedwhims. If you want to read some smut about being a man turned into a slutty woman, go check out reddit or Newlife. But if you want to play out a fantasy about filling out forms while masturbating, I can recommend this game to you.
