The background plot is good, I guess. At this point the "demons are not evil, the king is the real villain" already was used so many times, that real plot twist could be if the Hero was right, and all the "mercifull conquest" was elaborate ruse to spread propaganda and doubt.
Loved the design, dialogues and narrative, so far is the strongest point this game. The choices and situations are beliavable.
From get go, it shows that the party is not really united. What look like a small detail, but make more sense for the party members want have some action with this way.
Also, is made clear that Emma has own frustations towards the Hero. What is important for the "emphasis on cheating" angle, since cheating is essence, something made of one own volution, not just forced because circunstances. Since will be a option to see the events from the Hero perpective, I guess he will be awakening fairly early?
