Just use Windows Defender and common sense. Third-party AV's always throw false positives.

Yep. Tried downloading twice and both times Defender indicated a virus. I'll bookmark this for a later look, a later version, perhaps one without questionable code.
[edit] ... three times now.... for the compressed version and a couple of the servers listed. Someone suggested the uncompressed version is not infected. I'll try that one for now and monitor the thread for uninfected compressed versions in the future.

I probably already know the answer, but is the planned pregnancy content ending only? I can probably discount any pregnancy mechanics, but narrative pregnancy with some scenes would be lovely

Literally just scanned it with Windows Defender and 0 threats. On the latest version of windows 10. No idea why you're getting a flag. I downloaded the version I have straight from his Patreon via the Mega link.
Katrine is not on game banner, then... can we assume she's dead ?

It's a false positive there is nothing to worry about. Probably because of the exe file being unacknowledged by the AV.
