I am so surprise as to many people's comments... There's still a lot of story left to be told and already some of you have already given up and somehow made up your own story/minds that the DocPink does not know what he's doing... Just wow.

How about waiting till then end of this game, Episode 8 and formulate your opinions then?

May I ask you if you are aware that many Games, Series and even Books didn't make it to the end because they lost their audience at some point? The game may have a nice ending which makes sense but this won't change the fact that this update was not good and unlogic. That's the problem with something that ist released in episodes. With each episode you have the threat that you will lose your audience.

Many people just don't care what will be in 2 or 3 months. They rate the game on what has been published and based on this they will decide if it is worth to wait for the end or not. When the audience is displeased with the 0.6 ending than that's the problem of the developer because he maybe really made an mistake in his approach.

Also I don't see where the people have given up. They are just disappointed. I only see some people who are salty that the game is now criticised instead of the positive feedback in the past but there are reasons for that.

You would have to dig through a lot of posts, but there are several (especially just after the release came out), who claimed they would no longer play the game. In addition many have said they would wait until the final release before taking up the game again.

You are correct though, about some people taking offense to criticism of the game. Many feel they need to defend the developer's actions, for whatever reason. I, myself, also tend to defend the developer. But I realize that not everyone is going to share my opinions. Different people look for different things when playing any game.

I don't like to read those opinions which radically differ from mine. But I'm not about to say those opinions are wrong. Besides, why get into a fight on a porn site? I come here to receive and provide information (as I understand it), not to get into a pissing contest.

In my opinion - Doc is bad at creating heavy forced drama twists to look like they make sense most of the time, but is awesome at everything else.
Situation with Liam was brought naturally, felt natural and there was no bullshit in this scenario like some events in episodes 5-6.
Most recent events brought stupidity, nerfed some characters to look like dumb and dumber because how these events were told to the viewer, a lot of holes in the plot are just there to get shock value, controversy and before someone tell me that this got people talking well that's the point of drama and controversy wether it's good and bad, point eyes at the specific thing and i guess Doc succeded but for me it felt cheap.
Maybe in the next episode we will find out someone is HIDING UNDER THE DUMPSTER(Some maybe will understand. )

Interactions between characters are the best part of the game and the dynamic between them, that's why i was waiting for the next episodes because i wanted more of main characters combo but now i just wonder what bad drama thing is gonna happen next that i can't do nothing about because storyline is already written and choices are a illusion atm or if the the next plot will show us the great/s villain Peter is actually a Rambo type character and will come out chasing us with a bazooka because he failed with other things. :tf:

A bit disappointed on this ending... the only way i played this game is being a very good friend of Liam and having a relationship with both Megan and Melissa avoiding everyone else in the path. I loved the idea having a threesome where everyone loves each other, but i can't see this an ending anymore. Even if the girl i couldn't save manage to get out somehow i don't think she will see me as before, she will be disappointed.. But, like someone said, lets not hasten in our conclusion, there are still two more chapters left, and i see DrPinkcake can make the wheel turn very fast

How disturbing the end of this episode may be, there is a lot of logic in it. I do expect Peter to have something to do with the fire. Or Dick (being the asshole who won't take no for an answer).
Frankly, I kind of love it. Now, I did not have to choose this time, as I am playing the Megan route all the way after I restarted, so that might have made it a bit easier on me (I only got the option to choose Megan).

Can't wait for the next episodes!

I understand that people can be disappointed, but I just think that before deciding not to play the game anymore, they should wait and see what the dev have for us.
Alright there are some plot holes but isn't it what suspenssion of disbelief is for ? There are ''dumb'' things in every movies, games, tv shows, and somehow, people just point it out about this game.
But I understand why people can be dissapointed, but I don't want DrPinkCake to stop making this game because too much people are shitting on this episode's ending...
And, when almost every other games are about ''bang your sis or your mom easily'', I think it's great that a dev is taking risks by creating a strong story.
I was sad at the end, but I have good hopes about the next episode.
Overall this episode was, for me, slightly lower than the others, but I still felt concerned and in the story, so it is still a good one.

No matter what people say, here or on Patreon, it won't change how the story is gonna be, the story is already written and done, it's only a matter if putting it to the game with renders and then release.

So, in a nutshell, kudos to the wife for kind of defusing the cliffhanger situation from Episode 5 mostly all on her own, and I am looking forward to Episode 7.

Ok, this game is awesome! I decided just to try for a bit yesterday and ended up playing through all of the episodes! Tbh, it's refreshing to play a game where you're just a guy, who's banging girls who are not your relatives or siblings lol (not that I'm complaining about the incest games, it just feels fresh).
Also the cliffhanger was a legit WTF.
