VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Acting Lessons [v1.0.2] [DrPinkCake]

Very well crafted storyline with multiple story arcs and quite an original concept. It's not grind based, has some scenes that genuinely made me laugh and others that made me relate to them. Renders are very well done, the game isn't based on the mindlessly repetitive grind. It does have animations, but in all honesty, they could be better. What I really liked about the game is that you aren't forced to be tethered to a single main female character, you have the option to develop the story towards another one you may like more. And another thing I respect is the amount of work put into the updates. Long story short, this game is worth your time.

Great game and and an imersive story excellent renders and very good job, by the developers, really enjoyable game characters are very interesting and sometimes very funny. can't wait for more episodes.

The comedic value of Liam(the black guy) coming out from the side of the presentation photo is off the charts.

Definitely the most enjoyable story around here. In the grand scheme of things it's not necessarily original but it is well rounded and the characters are mostly believable, the author did a good job of humanizing them.

The author also did great with the dialogue options, giving the player the impression that the story can go in any direction, which is fairly amazing, that said once you replay it once you realize that it can't go in that many directions though it's still above average in replayability.

If it has any shortcoming it's probably the traditional "all the female characters want to fuck you", that said most people like this and I usually don't mind it either as long as it's entertaining or interesting or if the game offers a different challenge and it does do a little of all those.

At last, a truly Adult game/VN in the fullest sense of the word, not just a collection of sex scenes. Highly involving grown-up script with proper adult situations, great characters, excellent renders (Leah's lips possibly excepted but that's a very minor point), a plethora of choices all with consequences. Utterly fascinating, a story that engenders strong emotions from its audience. If only there were more to this high standard. Enjoy the ups and downs just as you would a decent (if rare) movie.

Everything about this game was great. I came for the boobies but stayed because i was getting nauseous with emotion and wanted to yell at the screen my feelings toward the characters. I played for almost 6 hours straight and i still am not bored of it.

by far the best adult game i've ever played to date. great story with some great characters. the game really makes you feel for them and you find yourself wanting to know more about them. and the scenes are awesome.

Truely an amazing game. Never got this emotionaly envolved in a game on this forum. The renders are insane and the story is really heart taking, it gets harder and harder to make choices the more you get involved in the game. Liam really grows to you as you advance through the game, funny dude^^

This is a MUST play. You won't regret it at all. I think I've only played 3 must play VNs out of the 30 or so I've tried. Once you play you will completely understand all the attention Acting Lessons is getting. Just Amazing!

The women are stunning , some of the best I've seen. Most VNs have a few hot and some other not as hot but this one is one where I find every girl gorgeous. Great animations in the sexy scenes as well.

While the renders are beautiful the story is just WOW. The creator's writing and story telling skills are just on another level. You'll cry, feel anger and laugh your ass off, just one helluva trip. You will absolutely love Liam (have to play to find out who that is) he really brings this VN into a league of it's own.

models are excellent but what i like most about game is that it looks so real and i came here to play an adult game which will have lot of sex etc. but after playing i want more of emotional content and specially with Liam bro (he is so funny )

underrated game

Most VN games on this site are pretty much pornos turned into choice-based games (as in the characters and situations are just ridiculous). This one is more like a movie turned into a choice-based game. Amazing plot and believable characters, along with beautiful renders and animations.

This game is just excellent. One of the few good games with respectfull plot, scenes and most of all very immersive characters that make you feel their story. Fantastic work. Fantastic.
The main characters are quality ones, the side characters especially MC pal, did made me laugh most times which is not something you typical see in games of this genre.
I SURE HOPE DEV WILL CONTINUE BEING THIS AMAZING.

One of the best VN, and games for that matter, that I have found in this site. I like the characters, the choices and the artwork. The scenes are quite believable and remind me of things that have happened to me in real life. Some are also quite fun and I had a good laugh. EDIT as of June 24 2019: I've been spoiled and told that the ending is quite sad tho .

The characters are well written, way more than in most of the other games in that website. They actually feel real and the MC is not a stupid morron for once.
Unfortunately, the writer thought that adding a shit load of drama was the only way to keep the stoy interesting. So it jumps straight from a drama slice of life to a fucking tragedy

Super underrated game. 5/5 can't wait for the future updates. Hopefully this game gets the recognition it deserves soon, this is easily one of my favorite games.

I came for a quick fap, I stayed for the story. I actually care about these characters in this game.

This is my first review, though I've played most of the popular games here. This is the first adult game I've played where I feel genuine emotion about my decisions. A particular moment just occurred, where one of the characters simply gave me a look, and I actually laughed out loud. I was so impressed I felt like leaving this review.

I had a bit of trouble getting into this game at first, but it's definitely worth it. I'm also looking forward to restarting and making different decisions.

Fantastic game from a fantastic developer. Wonderfully written story that captures you along with beautiful girls and sexy scenes which is why we are all here. Having played many visual novels I can confidently rate this as my most enjoyed. You will not regret pledging to DrPinkCake. Not only is his work amazing but him himself and all the family in the discord are really nice and welcoming people who are happy to help and chat. My only regret is that I didn't find Acting Lessons and become a patreon to Dr earlier. Definitely deserving of five stars, I would give more if I could!

It is a quality experience. Something very rare in this genre. Definitely worthy to be in Popular section.
Don't be that cheap, the dude deserves support, this is the type of developer that should be encouraged to put his passion and make it his work.

This is a realy well made game. Has good looks, nice characters that are well balanced againts each other and I liked the story.
Had a lot of laughs as well, especialy with with Liam. Ofcourse there is some cheesy stuff, but some depth too.

This game is amazing. Not only does it have sexy scenes, which it has some of the sexiest chicks and scenes ive seen, but its hilarious. This game is entertaining as hell aside from the h content. Not to mention great music. Has some feels, has some laughs, has some incredibly sexy girls.

First of all, a really good story.
Characters seem to be alive, everyone with his/her unique style.
The part with a friend (sorry, forgot his name) was really smth you wouldn't expect from an entertaining game.
Renders are awesome, probably will 'steal' few renders as wallpaper.
The only annoying part as for me, for sticking to one of the girls.
Author gives you no choice here.
But its his choice how to give you the story.
Anyway, the game is 100% should be tried.
