Night of Revenge. 2D Darksouls with hentai. Sadly it's Japanese, but the art and h-content are really good. Still in developement but worth checking out
Future Fragments. Metroidvania. Has some actual plot and worldbuilding. H-content pretty solid. Still in developement.

Aster. It's supposed to be the succesor to Kurovadis retaining the metroidvania and megaman aspects but with better refined gameplay and more pixels. I testify that the gameplay is supercedes it's predacessor and the h-content is as well executed as any other Kyrieru games. Developement for it is paused as Kyeriru is working on

Metroidvania just like Future Fragments. Like Future Fragments, it has pretty solid h-content but IMO it edges out with better and smoother gameplay. In developement.
Male MC goes from point A to B on a 2D stage, then fights a boss. Simple as it sounds but you have to guard, dash, slice, and doge your way through enemy monster girls, which requires you to utilize those actions to the best of your abilities. This game requires actual skill to some degree but you will find the h-content rewarding
Forest of Blue Skin. Has a large, and I mean pretty
large number of h-content and monster girls. I haven't played the game but from the videos I've seen the h-content panders to a diverse number of tastes with gameplay that can be comparable to Eroico (though not on the git gud level). The dude is still adding content to the game after release and I suggest you keep an eye out when it drops
Anthophobia. 2D action horror where you control and female MC trying to survive in a post apocolyptic world infested with plant like zombies and abominations. The art looks jarring but I consider this game one of the few that executes the horror aspect in a pornographic enviroment the best. May not seem spooky but the atmosphere keeps you on constant guard. Has a pretty diverse number of h-content. Check it out if you want a unique experience.
Sinisistar. Pretty recent one. 2D action sidescroller where you play as female MC trying to cleanse the land of monster.s and demons. The gameplay is simple and not complicated. The art is just absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful art I've seen in h-games to the point it makes me wish the game wasn't a h-game and instead proper game. That aside, the h-content is well uhh... not the most vanilla and leans more on the depraved and violent end of the spectrum. It does have some vanilla but they're not as obvious. Overall I say check it out for the art but me mindful about the h-content.
The
Succubus series by Libra Heart. To oversimplify the series, you play as a Succubus who attacks enemies, killing them. Or give "death by snu snu". The games mainly parody the old school Castlevania series but it is seemingly(?) branching into parodying other games like Legend of Zelda with
The Sword of Succubus. The gameplay for these games should play similarily to what they're parodying but it may get repetitive as 5 of the 6 games play like Castlevania. The h-content is Japanese A-grade nutworthy as it's hard to play the game as intended without whipping it out. Again the h-content is equally repetitive as the same or similar enemies are spread througout all games, just with different sex postitions and minor changes. If you want a good parody or a fast nut, the series is great for that. Just hope you are not tired of seeing the same stuff
