I had considered that hypothesis but dismissed it, thinking Violet should logically be the MC’s canon name at least. o_O:LOL: But maybe not, it’s a bit odd, though you’re probably right. In the end, it’s just another meta explanation that exposes the vagueness around some character names and why the story feels confusing and inconsistent on this matter.

Very solid start. That being said, I am mixed on the empress/legend mechanic and relationship points. I feel like its a bit too strict, if I make like one or two choices the other way, it blocks off certain decisions, like now I can't flirt with either girl, just leave since I didn't go all in on one side, etc. with others choices.

Starting Rhea's path, very minor, but can't kiss her, can only say yes, unless I go like all in on legend, cause that is the like the only way to reach the required Rhea points, pretty much, you will come up like one point short.

And I know what you will say, just go cheater start at beginning, and I really don't like that idea either, cause then nothing matters, I do like my choices to matter a bit and I like some variety, but I feel like its a bit too restrictive and wish the grip was loosened a bit.

I'm back, bitches! Time for a free post!


After having my pale ass forcibly removed from a beach, I'm back to "middle of nowhere, Italy" and ready to go! So ready that I've already started doing some work!

The chapter outline has been set and I've already started writing/rendering the "prologue" scene of the chapter.
Chapter 2 will pick up where we left off and go through the still roomless MC crashing at various places, spending some quality time with Julia, Annie and the sorority girls, to then end with the big Becky/Miho date. I kinda wanted to stretch it to make it reach the date with Rhea, but this way I can give both dates the time they deserve. (sorry Rhea fans, you'll have your moment soon enough)


Also, Roommates and above members will receive the first series of 4k renders featuring AR2 girls. Specifically: Becky, Miho, Amy, Cassie and Julia in a wet/sweaty beach set.


Speaking of: I can finally talk about Julia!

So, as long as AR2 has existed in my brain (since around mid 2024) I wanted Janice's daugther to be the hot romanceable professor in AR2.

This meant that, due to rules of this platform, Violet and Janice couldn't end up together.
I know some people were upset about that, but I always wanted Janice to be the no-nonsense fuck-buddy that helps in the final act.
At least now you can romance a younger, slightly less muscular, more affectionate version of her. Does that make up for it? idk... please don't send me more death threaths...


Overall, AR2's Chapter 1's reception has been very positive.
People seemed to have took a liking to Faith (and those people will thoroughly enjoy Chapter 2) and Tori especially (again, same thing).
I'll continue to keep an eye on the reception of the side girls and take note of it.

I'm also glad that people are enjoying the new cat. I know he's a big departure from Spoon, so I'm happy that people are finding him endearing in his chaotic weirdness.

I won't comment about the more "shifty" characters, you'll have to wait and see what they are about.



In other news, your favourite(?) dev got scammed... kinda.
I purchased a new rig, one that promised to house an RTX 4060ti, but instead received one with an RTX 5060ti.
This kinda makes it unusable as a rendering machine for the forseeable future(DAZ is still not compatible with the 50XX series of NVidia cards), but ONE DAY I'll be able to render faster and without having to compromise on texture quality. For now it sits under my TV, allowing me to play Cyberpunk on Ultra at 120fps.


I believe it's everything ofr this week. Serious work won't really start until Tuesday (I still need to unpack and clean shit up) and I can't wait to get back to it!

While it was restrictive by design (like being able to kiss Rhea only if you went deep into Legend), I'll keep it in mind moving forward and will consider having a bit of wiggle room.

Suffering from success it seems . At least u can enjoy cyberpunk in all it's glory with the new patch 2.3

So if we play as an empress we can have all girls? No need to play the cheat mode? It's fairly important since all the girls are lovely so far, it would be a pain to choose.
This game is as good as the preceding one. I wonder why I haven't bought it on Steam yet, a grievance which I'll soon redress.
[Edit] So Sock is a Zen master. Quite unexpected from a kitten :unsure:

I hope the new MC isn't thin and we get more tribadism. In the first game, this reason sounded quite strange.

Well from a discussion with some lesbian players in the AR1 thread about tribadism, it seems scissoring isn't easy for skinny women.
I think our resident lesbian could explain it better than myself (as I'm definitively lacking experience in that domain :))
