I played original and I liked this one as well. But I thinking Original has lot story content and this one has more anime but some characters are missing.
I kind think original had more offspring success versus this one.
But I have question about that. what if you had stronger females or more warrior girls couldn't put them work gather raw materials or guard the base camp? I feel if I had daughters to help me gather materials it would made life easier then cheating.
Second point 2: having utilized procreation seems useless, why not give them traits to utilized discovered. Or grow become different?
I think only good bonus about original exiling some daughters and anime version you can't. I would liked if they could return and challenge their exiling return home?
I kind wish you could upgrade the fields in anime one. resource gathering zones so gathering would have cart to return?
Plains had some sort monster girl utilized to capture for mount? Or actual horse you saved and bred from extinction.
Anime kind they removed cow critters and horse centaurs and I think different mermaids.
Leaving zombies, and slime and demons and probably making question why?
If the option build was given to monster girls versus human girls? Which would player choose, Monster girls would be less than week? human girls need take month to finish something while it might be week but might take 2 weeks.
Noticed one thing never happens your base never gets attacked. Other factor is Events like doing virtuous things doesn't effect the world your doing in world versus doing corrupt things there no consequence. Like girls and mothers don't start hate you if your too corrupt. or your good their mood never changes?
Other is : challenge produce male offspring is that something by true love or break curse?
Food there no fishing, hunting by air, land. What exactly is player eating?
Monster -human in tower last version I never saw the offspring's from anyone, so I kind wondering do you get see their children at all?
To answer some of your concerns:

The towns/monster-girl town do generate a lot of extra resources if you improve and populate them.
There is the the option in the workshop to send 'free' daughters to go work in a specific location which populates a town.
You lose them as more efficient material crafters when you send them off, but you'll generate resources without needing to recruit randomly.

There are two points of procreation, more girls to have lewd scenes with and the greater the amount of offspring you have the stronger the bonus to the Gaia equipment is.

If you missed the Fields Outpost, it becomes available after Venus' quest.

Cowgirls/Centaur artwork is very limited, so the few that I've found were reserved for future plans, that may not happen at this point.

The virtue/corruption mechanic was meant to be more fleshed out throughout the game, but as writing is the thing that takes me the longest... it's taken more of a backseat.
It is still important to how things will end up, but the effects will not really be seen as closely until then. There are and will be some dialogue changes based upon your corruption.
'Adam' is still a charismatic individual despite what his internal views and perception of those around him may be, so in a way it makes sense that for most characters they can't tell that you've become a real prick.
'Adam' is being manipulative rather than sincere with his actions as his corruption increases.
It also has a big effect on Fee specifically if you try to keep her as a Muse while being a villain.

It's my hope that I will be able to at least eventually bring the monstrous offspring into the game, but it isn't my priority at the moment.
My focus is getting the Elven story arc and the Final story arc, presented and delivered for everyone to enjoy to see my take on this world. I'm trying to get all of that together before I hit the 4 year mark of working on this project.
Today marks the 3rd year since the original release of the prototype version.
