You need to extract the image archive into the same directory as the html file.
It should look some thing like (don't recall exact names):

If you have this then opening the html in a current browser should work

No. End of actual content. That's why Beornwahl mentioned the end of the main quest /story arch. Thaat's it for the moment. We all just hope Beornwahl will find time in his new job to continue it.

I haven't checked the posts for a grand while - so this is going to be a looong post. Let's go!

Has anyone gone through the trouble of replacing/adding bug girls that aren't absolutely grotesque? I wouldn't wanna condemn the entire species to extinction but about 9/10 of the pictures are firmly into "Hell naw" territory. Just a handful that aren't ridiculously abominable would suffice, so I'm just curious if anyone has done so. I have seen some incredible bug girl art on the internets so I know they exist.

Not to my knowledge. And yes, bugs are usually the only species that get's the axe...... well sword, in my games. Although spiders are a treading on thin ice. But if I had to guess, it's not Beorns cup of tea, so his effort and available material, is low. I'd welcome you to find a load of good pictures, and ask one of the modders or Beron himself even, if they want to use them.

To be more precise. Go to the folder: img -> people -> creature -> insect and replace all pics with your better versions. Just use the same names (1, 1sex, 1sex1) for a set and create up to 24 new sets. Upload that and everything will be fine.

If you create more than 24 and they are good I will implement it, and probably @Beornwahl too. Same for any other set. You may use gif or webm. Webm may be the best format due size and quality though.

Only rule: Stick to the game idea: Only 1 male person involved.

Hope that helps and we will see some new fancy pic sets.

I remember having vast troubles finding enough bug-girls. If anyone finds replacement, then I'm truly very open to adding them to the game game.

another patch is done! 8 girls were reworked as well as almost all girl images. or to give ya a number of files i've redone / made: 71 files in total.

you already know the drill, but for clarification:
* no ads!
* no black bars!
* all gifs are made by hand.
* all girl pics are at least half nude.
* txt file with all changes is included in the rar file.

important info: even though this patch is smaller than the last one, it still is wooping 1.86 GB big. make space for it if you consider downloading it!

if you find any bugs, mistakes, whatever in my patch, don't hesitate to contact me. oh and leave a like if you enjoy my work ^^.

installation: simply extract the rar file in your game folder (that's the folder, where your html is that you need to play the game). overwrite all the files if asked. afterwards you are good to go!

There is something below, about a patch needed (which I'll try to figure out to upload correctly), but I also hope that all the Girl Patches can be implemented in the base game when webm becomes the standard at full release.

So my fickle plan is basically to finish the main quest, join all patches and mods that expand, then ask some kind soul for a webm transformation magic thing, and upload this last file as the games final release.

Alright here is a highly compressed webm version of Adam and Gaia, it is based off the torrents and the mega 2.3 update. I will in a few days have a second version that includes all of @Daxter250's updated girl packs included.

Uh, grand work as always!

PATCH FIX for deserts, fields & islands

this fix will change a few gifs and will also add some creampies for desert girls.

i fucked up some mp4s when i started to make these patches which is unfortunate, 'cause epadder now wants to have all my mp4s for his webm mod. so i decided to recreate the scenes where i'm missing mp4 files. ofc. recreating also means, that those new mp4s scenes are different compared to the old gifs. this fix however will, as the name says, fix this problem! wether or not you will use the webm version epadder, you will now have the very same content nonetheless!

installing it is as easy as pie. simply put it in your game folder of adam & gaia (where you also have your html file) and unpack it. overwrite everything. a slight warning tough: make sure you have my patches installed already (desserts, fields and islands to be precise)!
don't install my fix first and the patches afterwards, don't install the fix only. install my patches first if you didn't already and AFTERWARDS install my fix.

this fix is around 500 MB big, but will just overwrtite already existing files. so it won't really cost ya any space.

just for notifications: this fix will also change the changelog.
=> deserts patch 1.0 => deserts patch 1.1
=> fields patch 1.0 => fields patch 1.1
=> islands patch 1.0 => islands patch 1.1

@Beornwahl, if possible, can you include this fix into all three patches and reupload them? that way people don't have to also download the fix after downloading the patches. and don't forget to include the version number to prevent confusions! ^^

this collection will be useless for most people as it won't enhance your gaming experience or so (so don't bother downloading it if you are just searching for stuff to enhance your gameplay). however for @Epadder and other modders it might come in handy. or maybe you are just a "connoisseur" and want to enjoy your gif favorites in mp4 format xD.

whenever i made a patch, i made sure to create mp4 files along with all the gif files. this collection has ALL mp4 files i made so far (no gifs, only mp4). to avoid confusion: the fix is ofc. included in this collection.

Is it possible to lift the curse? I spent a shit ton of resources to fix the Sphinx's tower, fucked her, and found out can't become pregnant until the Elf's curse is lifted.

So not only did the elves ruin everything in the world, they prevent males from being born and have caused the Sphinx I spent tons of time trying to fuck become unable to bear children.

If the curse can't be lifted then I know exactly what race to doom to extinction.

PS: Will we ever be able to fuck the Sphinx so hard that she doesn't go right back to those books of hers immediately after? It's a bit insulting, lol.

Hey @Beornwahl I've found a bug in the code. When talking to Nephthys it tries to increase the variable "nephthyRelation", which doesn't exist, instead of "nephthysRelation". Not all that important, as I cannot find an actual use beyond flavor text, but I still thought I should bring it up.

Hey all, love the game, but I'm running into an issue I know I didn't have in an earlier version. Pictures for some of the elf maids won't display, and I think it may be because for whatever reason my computer doesn't seem to like the accented letters. It doesn't prevent events or anything, but it's annoying and I'd like to fix it if possible. I can't seem to put the proper ones in myself.

Interesting, I did worry a bit about those letter while making the Elven Update. What operating system do you use and what browser?

So where do you put your daughters when all houses in every village is fully occupied?

This won't do! We might have to look into further housing - can't have Adam&Gaia imitating the real worlds lack of housing for youngsters...

In the meantime, I do have something else to offer. I have noticed from earlier posts that Venus is a controversial character in this game. So I made my own replacement image pack that replaces her and her children's appearances. The pack is just over 2 GB in size, most of that going towards replacing images already present in the game, but still something to consider.

BEWARE: If you care about the lore and immersion, do not use these images. They do not fit well with the descriptions that appear in-game and I did not take the time to change them myself. Note, I may do this eventually, but not as of yet.

So what exactly are the replacement images? Venus and her daughters are replaced with girls in a similar vein to those found in the other regions. This pack is directed to those, like me, that want Venus to complete the harem, but do not find her appearance sexually appealing. The set also contains alternate portrait pictures for most of the girls, should they find the one I set as the default not to their liking.

I also want to make mention that this pack contains two optional replacement sets as well: Nambi and the Freia's fifth daughter variation. The Nambi set is for those that aren't a fan of her taking the appearance of Maserati. This set will not change the random events between Nambi, Izanami, and Rheia because I couldn't be bothered to change those. Nambi's daughters are not changed in this set, just Nambi herself. Again, use this pack at your own risk for immersion. Freia's fifth daughter variation in-game is based on Ashlynn Brooke, but the images and gifs were blurry. This set will just replace those with better images and gifs still featuring Ashlynn in the role.

Remember to backup your files in the case that a new update for the game releases. Feel free to give me feedback on this as I may release other optional replacers in the future in case other people want them. While I encourage people to go ahead and make their own because it's pretty easy with this game, I am more than happy to share my own image sets if there's an interest. Remember the images I selected are based on my tastes so they will most likely not fit everyone else's.

Adam and Gaia: Expanded is now in V0.3.1. NOTE: This mod is incompatible with save games other modifications and has compatibility issues with save games from the base game. To use this mod, it is highly recommend that you backup your other saves and play this in a new game.

BUG FIXES:
- Bug with not being able to set up a cloth outpost in Sanctuary has been fixed.
- The number of Elven children now appear in the Domain. They require the same amount of food as human children.
- Nut and Nephthys (fixed) now display the number of children they have had.
- The bug where it is possible to keep obtaining Gram has been fixed. Two separate events now occur depending on whether you have obtained the sword or not.
- Grammar and syntax errors have been corrected (45% complete).
- Corrected the Radiance of Gaia bug that causes an error when used in the blessings menu in the camp if you have no children.
- The birth scene for Elentari and Este have been corrected, replacing the variable set from the ones used by human matriarchs to those used by elven ones.
- End of the week is now separated depending on whether or not your are in Sanctuary.
- The "Return" button on daughters in villages now brings the player back into the house.
- Corrected and error where the reponse to the Nambi and Rheia end of week of event cannot be refused.
- Removed the unused "BDSM" fetish entry as the "submissive" one takes its place already.
- Error with Lepo's picture not appearing in the burrow properly has been corrected.
- The amount of preservative the player has now appears in the Domain.
- Removed instances of experimenting with new daughter variations.

CHANGES:
- Each village can now support up to 10 houses, with the number of children within each house being increased to 10.
- The number of workers at each facility within the villages has also been increased.
- The player will now start with 15 energy with amount of energy available increasing by 1 each level.
- The rate at which resources come in from villages and children has been doubled.
- Outposts produce resources five times the amount they previously did.
- The yield from food, wood, and stone is now five times more.
- Option to skip the personality/quirk/fetish quizzes for daughters after having 20 children and obtaining all the father related perks.
- Monster girls born from broodmothers will be born tamed. Captured monster girls will still require a second fight.
- The Wisdom of Gaia blessing now gives 100 XP instead of 99 XP.
- The "Late Bird" perk has been renamed to "Night Shift."
- All grammar and syntax errors have been corrected. Some passages have been rewritten to better enhance the experience.
- After sending a daughter out to the wild, the player will be returned to the last place the girl was living rather than being always returned to the camp. (This change is currently bugged and has been temporarily removed.)
- The Hunter's Huts have been renamed to Hunting Lodges in the desert village.
- Relationship points gained from interacting with broodmothers and matriarchs has been increased.
- Cheat menu has been integrated into the game.
- Removed the Stone Mining from the Stats and Perks page as it was redundant.
- Addition of new perk, "Man of Iron," which is a clone of the other two perks except for iron.
- Fee's gift of energy now appears as a perk in the Stats and Perks page as, "Gift of the Fairies."

PLANNED CHANGES:
- Separate Nut and Nephthys. How this occurs has not been decided.
- Add more daughter variation into the game.
- New areas, encounters, and dwellings.
- New Broodmothers for monster girl races currently without any.
- Possibility of new matriarchs for both humans and elves.
- New blessings, skills, and perks for more content.
- Expansion of villages to include new facilities, amenities, etc.

ON HOLD:
- Finish correcting grammar and syntax.
- Re-positioned/additional buttons at the top of most pages to advance the game faster.
- Have the order of the inventory sorted from worst to best in each category instead of the order in which the items were obtained.
- Have the output of materials from outposts increase by 10 for every level the player increases. Whether this will compliment or replace the current changes has not been determined.

I will also check for more bugs that need fixing in the base game as well. just so ya are informed about future patches and so on: i have ECDL for the next three months and won't really work on patches during these months. i do hope beorn will jump back into the boat in the future. it's a bit sad seeing this game go down when it's not even fully polished and stuff :/.

So, I just started playing this game, and loved it. Keeps me entertained for hours. This update ends where you're about to explore the ocean, right? Anyone know when the next update will be?

No idea, but don't hold your breath! I don't have any vacation this summer, and my job is not showing signs of calming down.

I've noticed though, during the years of development, that all the big strides with the game was done exclusively in Autumn. Don't know why though.

@Beornwahl also likes repeatable scenes. So you can meet her again, just no more swords. But a new matriarch seems nice. Maybe @DeadRaiser will pick the idea up.

Nothing worse than a scene you can't repeat - don't settle for that "memory room" nonsense!

I killed Queen Elentári's daughter and now the mission is not advancing because I need her approval and the Lissuin flower, there is some way to fix it? I do not want to start a new save game. ;-;

Strange, if you kill her you should still be able to find the flower and advance. But since this in truth is untested I'll note the report.

Just an update, but I'm currently in the process of adding a Valkyrie broodmother into the game. It's going to springboard off of the Gram encounter and bring a new home for the valkyries in the game. Along with that, I'll be adding new cheats into the next version allowing the player to reset outposts/monster girl homes in the case players change their minds. I am also beginning to add new daughters into the game. A side note to be aware of, however, is that I will be working with my own replacement pack for Venus to add new daughters for her as it makes it easier for me to deal with. This means that I will include the replacement as a part of the mod going forward.

I warn you people! Ain't as easy as it looks adding new races and content!

in two weeks i'm finished with my ECDL course (with fucking A grades in every aspect tahahaha) and be able to work on with these patches. btw. i learned quite a lot there...also how to be handle gimp 'n stuff. might come in handy for future patches.

Strange, if you kill her you should still be able to find the flower and advance. But since this in truth is untested I'll note the report.

I found the flower and still can not continue the mission, the queen always waited for her daughter's response. I solved the problem by restarting the mission by console and not killing the princess.

Can't remember much censored stuff. But you may "fix" it yourself by finding better pics and replacing the censored ones?. Have a look into the structure of the images folder, it is not too complicated.

And if it works fine, please feel free to share your fixes.

I don't believe the files have changed recently, so I'd suggest either your downloads are bad or trying a different program to open the files.
The latest version of 7zip is what I'd recommend for opening the files.
Are your downloads the correct size? also the nopy mirrors let you see the sha1 hashes that you may be able to check.

What size are they supposed to be? Its ~3GB for the ZIP, ~10GB for the RAR. Does 7zip work on macs?

i'm done with my ECDL training now. i also did some extra training for gimp (finished that exam with 97% muahaha). so i guess, now that i finished it, i can begin to work on the next patch in the next days or so ^^.
